McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

At this particular location, the customer service is awful. Everytime I have been, the person or people at the window seem like they rather be at home slitting their wrists as opposed to working. They border on being rude, really. Additionally, for a convenience type establishment, there is no convenience. Everytime I have been, I am asked to pull forward to wait for my order- which at most has been 25 minutes. Lastly, without fail, there is always something missing from my order, and in one case, I ordered an apple pie but when I took a bite, it was strawberry, although the package said apple. That said, I am extremely allergic to strawberry and immediately spit it out and took benadryl. I didn't end up using the epi pen, but that situation could have gone super wrong. Overall, the combination of missing items or item error, the consistent wait for convenience, and lack of customer service are all the reasons I suggest you visit another McDonald's location. Look, I know - it’s McDonald’s. I have reasonable expectations. But I expect my cheeseburger to be at least warm. Tonight they gave me cold cheeseburgers. Like been sitting out on the counter for a long time kind of cold. I went right back through the drive thru (because the dining room doors were closed and locked) to get hot ones. I told the manager they were cold and I’d like replacements. She said no, they are cold because they use cheese from the cooler because it’s close to closing time, and the only thing she would do is stick them in the microwave. I said no I want new ones. She said “What you want me to do?” Umm, give me hot burgers? She refused again, so I asked for my money back. What a terrible lazy manager. I feel sorry for the kids who have to work there under her. They’re not learning...

I stopped twice during a trip to and from TN. The first stop was fine, was waited on promptly eventhough it was busy, chicken nuggets and fries were good. Second stop... not busy, I'm the only one at the counter and the employees in the window and walking around in back all just stare at me, they said nothing, no one came to wait on me for quite a few minutes. One young lady finally said she would be right with me and when she headed my way, so did another lady. One looked at the other and asked did she want to wait on me and she said no and shook her head.... thanks.... ok.... so the other young lady waits on me. I order 1 double cheese burger to go. When I get back in my car and back on the road and finally try my burger.... it was disgusting. I threw it away. Time and money wasted plus they...
