McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

I moved to the area two months ago. I worked at mcdonalds off and on for a total of five years until recently. One corporate later sold to franchise and one franchise. At this corporate mcdonalds in portland and the one I worked at and many I have visited the employees and managers are lazy, rude and dishonest. They say they serve mccafe and specifically ice cream until midnight but every time I try to get ice cream here anytime in the evening or night before midnight their machine is down or theres a problem or they are cleaning it or some other lie. Then I will come back after midnight to see what they will say on the same night and they say they dont serve ice cream after midnight. These nights I have gone into the lobby and the machine is either on and im lied to or its just off with no internal problem and not in cleaning mode. You can tell if you know the machine which I do. Nevertheless, the night managers still allow this. This has happened at almost every mcdonalds I have been to and even the corporate mcdonalds I worked at. Where I used to work night shift used to come in and immediately shut the machine down and say "im not doing ice cream along with everything else. Hahaha" literally. Not exaggerating. And no matter how disappointed the children were after a sports win, or how much a customer was looking forward to it after knowing the lies of your mccafe hours the employees and managers still continue to lie. The general managees and higher ups don't check and look at these trends of none existent ice cream.sales in the evenings and.nights before mccafe closing times. Because of this they continue to ruin what mcdonalds.used.to stand for and you wonder why people choose to go anywhere else. With the lying, rude employees, the stale food (I've never had a fresh bun from this mcdonalds and hear people come in and complain.constantly for the same issue.), the no.ice cream hardly ever execpt maybe lunch.rusg if you're lucky, and no one caring about valid complaints. Of course people are leaving for fast food restaurants who care more, treat us better and have better quality food. Im watching this mcdonalds and contacting corporate constantly from now on and taking names, dates, and times in my incident.reports and you all should too because with a two star rating we all know we have had enough and deserve better from this service industry. McDonalds at 520 North 22nd Street Louisville Kentucky 40203 I go there because I live 3 blocks away been going there since they opened it and built it but I'm getting tired of going there and them saying cash only and watching them pocket the cash or they're not open because they're changing shifts so it takes 30 minutes to change shifts tonight it was there cleaning the hood range it would take 2 hours I just called there an hour later because I had to go to Broadway McDonald's and told me it does not take 2 hours to clean a hood over the grill I get my order go all the way back home then I'll call McDonalds on 22nd Street I recognize the manager's voice I've been going there since it was built and she says they just got here that's an hour later. You know if you are open 24 hours a day then be open 24 hours a day but don't falsely advertise something you can't do because when they first open we should go there for a meal no problem and then I've heard all the complaints the worker say they don't understand my people coming there after 12 o'clock y'all need to start having an alert to let people need to know if McDonalds on 22nd Street is closed or open so they don't waste their time & their gas to go there and you need to let them know if you're able to give them sodas or Ice-T and you say you can't give any drinks but you're going to charge them full price. I am 54 years old and have never seen such sloppy, lazy unexcusable excuses not to serve your customers. I went to the McDonalds at 520 North 22nd Street, Louisville KY. 40203, at 9:30 pm on a Sunday night on Jan 26, And nothing good happened there, First a bunch of teenage thugs were putting their feet on the counter, But the manager seemed to be friends with them and didn't do much about it. His name was, Jaden or a similar name .All of the people working behind the counter (including the manager) were all joking and cutting up with the teenagers .One of the teens ordered food from the manager, but wanted it for free, The manager said " Don't Fu--k with me bro" he seen people were watching them. I finished eating my food, hoping they would leave so I could go home, I didn't want them to follow me out, At about that time the police came, That's when I hurried and walked home, Thank God the police had them occupied for the moment .My question is, How in the world can a McDonalds have people like that working form them?
