McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

Don't eat here... Nasty, filthy, & flat out disgusting! McDonalds especially this location is terrible Louisville on Bardstown Rd near Watterson Expressway. I will be contacting the health department & this location should be shut down. They don't care about you or your food. 1 star is way above the service we received. Got our order completely wrong & instead fixing it they had us park. They took our sandwiches back & scraped them off & wrapped them back up in the same wrapper. Bread was ripped in half & thumb print on the cheese. Thank God I didn't eat it. It took them forever & they gave us back the same burgers cold. If I was still there I would have thrown the food back at them. You don't mess with people's food. My buddies was worse looking! We threw everything away even the drinks. I haven't eaten McDonald's in years & I say why not it's only 1 burger. Staff looks like the just got off work at Valvoline oil change. Dirty filthy people that don't care about their presentation of food, store, & or themselves. I felt like I was in the movie Waiting. There's no telling what they did to are sandwiches. Shut these doors for life & ban all staff from working around food.McDonlds has taken a nose dive straight to the bottom of all fast food. WARNING TO ALL WOMEN———This morning, I went to the drive thru to get breakfast and in the pick up window the boy working gave me my food, grabbed my hand really tight told me I looked pretty asked me if I had a boyfriend. when I tried to pull my hand away, he kept squeezing to the point where I could not pull my hand back. When I drove off, I immediately called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I then spoke to the woman who was working in the first drive-through window and she was extremely nice and she said she would let her manager know. She also stated that he was a maintenance man and was not supposed to be in the window in the first place.I came back during my lunch break to see if the issue had been resolved; and when I spoke to the manager there, she basically made it seem as if all he did was call me pretty and I was escalating a situation. He was extremely inappropriate and to grab a woman’s hand in a drive-through so tight that she cannot pull Away is harassment. The manager stated that no action would be taken with this employee. Horrible service and way over pricing. Guy at drive thru yes was busy but even with repeating 4 times and finally getting order did not put on screen or quote price said pull up so pulled up gave 10.00 bill as he repeated order to me and I replied Yes. Gave me change and no receipt and I pulled forward to pick up food as was crowded. As I pulled up to pick up food I saw change of $7.00 and 1 cent. I thought that is not right so as I got food I asked the two ladies there "Price of small fries" girl did not know how to ask someone inside who responded $1.85. I said 1.85 for small fried all three said yes. Long line and did not want to hold up on saturday afternoon so left with small fries and 1 coke. Came home and drove thru McDonald on Stony Brook where I live and ask guy there same question and his answer was $1.39 for small fries1.79 for medium and 1.89 for large. I said thanks for infor but just got coke and he knows me and was not affended but more than happy to serve. So overcharged almost 50 cents for small fries will never drive thru again or get food and share with friends who live in that area and post...
