I'm just wondering what is going on? I have been there several times and it was ok other than no shakes and no frappes almost all the time. But I was floored a few weeks ago when I pulled through drive thru and she told me they could not give change! I thought she ment for big bills like 100$'s so I had a 20 and pulled on through to window.my order came to 19.02 so she owed me 98 cents! I ask for my change and she told me that they didn't have any change!! First of all I was amazed that a big billion dollar business did not have change and I thought I was on a hidden camera show.. after asking 4 or 5 times for my change I gave up and pulled up in parking spot 2 to wait for my change and food. Around 5 minutes later my food came to my car and was short a fry and burger and still no change?? She told me I would have to eat the loss on the change and go around again for the food I all ready paid for and wait again in a very rude voice. I ask for management and she said she was management and she could not give me change because they had none so I told her just to give me a dollar and they could eat the 2 cents. I mean that would be the right thing to do since I am a costumer and it was only 2 pennys. After her yelling at me And telling me that I wasn't going to get my change I finally got it but the question is? How many people did not get there change that evening and how many people were treated rude like I was? What is going on up there and were is the authority figure up there for all these young people on there phone that we probably paid for with our change!! Imagine all the elders that got intimidated that could have really been scammed and scared to death?? What's going on with this situation? I'm going to get ahold of corporate office and see what is going on and how many times that they tried to scam people for their money.. if my mom or dad would have came home and told me that happened to them things could have been really bad that night over not having change like there supposed to do. If not close the store until you get it!! I'll never go back there and I know of around 10 more people who won't ether! Read moreI was going to leave a bad review about a month ago. Instead I decided to give the place another chance. Well today was the day I decided to give them another chance they were horrible once again. First time I came here I ordered a Oreo Mcflurry. I had to have it remade because the lady that made it has the worst case of dandruff I've ever seen flying straight into my ice cream. It was sickening so I had someone else remake it. They remade it but they were very very rude about it. This lady should wear a hair net she obviously has a very very bad skin condition. I'm in no way making fun of her. Although they should obviously address the situation respectfully and have her understand a hair net is necessary when you have a skin condition like hers. That was my first negative experience about a month ago. Fast forward to today another negative experience. I walked inside and ordered over 12 dollars worth of food. I sat down and ate my food waiting on co workers coming to eat as well. Several women came in well dressed and sat at the table directly to my right and were chatting. One of the ladies got up and asked if I was going to buy anything. Before I had the chance to say anything she said you can't hang out here. I assume she didn't realize that the construction company I work for buys food for over 30 people. Several times a week they buy workers food for breakfast and dinner to treat the workers to a meal. I was simply setting there after eating waiting on my co workers. Instead after she decided to be so rude and forceful I informed them of what happened and our company will now no longer buy food from that McDonald's. I assume the lady was the franchise owner or manager. If she happens to read this I was the gentlemen wearing the grey shirt and grey toboggan. Your store location will now lose out on a substantial amount of revenue because of the way you decided to carry yourself. I hope in the future you will treat paying customers with respect rather than automatically judge them or accuse them of loitering because of the clothing they are wearing. Read moreIf I could give a minus score I would. went to the drive thru and order meals for all of my family. I sat behind about 4 cars and when I finally got to the window I paid and was asked to go to lane 2 to wait for my order. after about 10 minutes I was approached by an employee with an order that was not mine. At that time I asked where my order was and had to proceed to tell her my order, she told me they were bagging it up and it would be out shortly. I proceeded to make a phone call that lasted about 20 Minutes. When I hung up I tried to call the restaurant to see what was going on and the call went to a corporate number. I had to get back into the drive thru behind another 3 cars and when I pulled up to the window they had absolutely no clue who I was, that they had me waiting in a pick-up spot or where my order was. it took another 10 minutes to find that I indeed ordered and already paid (otherwise I would have just left) I was never given an apology, nobody even offered to remake my food and the only excuse that I was given is that "I guess we gave your food to someone else" I had to ask them to refund my money and that took another 10 minutes for her to figure that out. Now all that can from a supposed "Manager", really? I wouldn't leave my restaurant in the hands of such rude incompetent people. All in all I waited an hour and Never received any food. It was the worst drive thru experience I've ever had. I called the restaurant group the next morning and registered a complaint that took 20 minutes out of my day and guess what?? I have not received an email or phone call from the owner or General Manager. They have non existent customer service from Top to Bottom. What ever happened to work ethic??
