This McDonaldâs is a running joke within my colleagues circles. We call it the âhalf a cup of coffee placeâ. I think they hope that after you wait in the mile long drive thru line, you will not have time to go in and ask them to fill your coffee to the line, so you never get a full cup of coffee there. Ever. Their food is stale, and always cold. The one instance I went inside, the store was filthy, and the toilets were full of human waste. The owner Connieâs number is listed on the window. That is an effort in futility. I was trying to redeem a certificate and did not know I was at the wrong McDonaldâs. She was rude, condescending and passive aggressive when I spoke with her. I hung up halfway through our phone call because of the unprofessional way she was speaking to me. She immediately called back, and I let it go to voicemail. I have a screenshot of the dictation message from her on my Iphone. At the end of her snarky message, she said that she âhoped I had the day I deserved.â I know a few kids that have worked there over the years. They have nothing but terrible things to say regarding how they were treated. If that had been my child, there would have been legal steps taken.    Read moreI paid $1 for a large decaffeinated coffee at 8 PM 3 nights ago. She gave me 3/4 of a cup which wasn't the problem, it was undrinkable as it sat too long. I don't live there, but go often to visit my mom in a nursing home. I decided to take it back last night and get new cup, and the young lady told me that since I didn't bring it back the same day they wouldn't honor it. When I objected and asked to speak to the manager, she came out and admonished me and said" next time you need to call and bring it back the same day". It was a humiliating experience to have to grovel for a 3/4 cup of coffee, and so I took the $1 back. Items are made incorrectly, even without having special instructions, and if you want it done a specific way, forget about it. Earlier this week we ordered a dinner box and a couple additional items. After a 10 minute wait and being given the box only, I asked if those items were in the box and was assured they were. I pulled ahead and decided to check and they were not. Pulled back around and was given attitude by the staff when explaining the situation, forced to wait another 10 minutes, and then had the bag shoved out the window at me and then closed abruptly.
