If I Could give less than a one star I would. My experience, this time was absolutely awful and super unprofessional. I placed an order over the phone and came in to pick up my order, I paid with a $20 bill and the girl at the register told me I’m going to have to give you four dollars back in quartes. I proceeded to ask if they possibly had any ones in the back, Without even willing to check, she just said nope! I let her know I’m gonna just pay with a card then because I really don’t want four dollars in change back. At this point, she was so inconvenienced by the fact that I had asked her To switch it to a card. Her attitude was awful and Continued to roll her eyes and act like a child. Myself and my three-year-old walk outside to wait for our food after she tells me it’s going to be another 10 minutes. Once I come back in, I hear the employees speaking loudly about throwing my cheese sticks on the ground. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager, which they told me they were all managers there was three of them that were laughing and acting very unprofessional. I told them just give me my food and I would go so then she said well it’s gonna be another 10 minutes then because I’m assuming they threw away my cheese sticks.. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life, and I would never think it’s OK to treat customers this way. And you can’t even get anything done about it because apparently they are all “managers” I asked for their names which they didn’t want to tell me at first, Then ended up saying One was Jeff and one was Luna, not sure if that was their real name or not But the lady at the cash register that had been rude the entire time never did tell me her name. I let her know that this food is for my hungry son that is standing right there And that this is unacceptable, She then just shrugged her shoulders and kind of smirked and walked away. I am just blown away at the unprofessionalism and rudeness of these employees. This has put a bad taste in my mouth for any Papa John’s now, which is...
Read moreI order pizzas online and was told Door Dash would deliver them.. I called the store and expressed concern with a sub contractor they don’t know, delivering my families food… the “manager” a female told me they fired all their drivers.. this alarmed me and I asked to speak to her manager, which she refused and told me she was the manager. I wanted to cancel my order so she put me on hold, then said she had to check with her “manager”, I asked to speak with him, and she refused again. So I drove up to the store, and Connor the “manager” addressed my issues. I told him I was on the phone with corporate making a complaint about the DoorDash drivers and the female employees refusal to let me talk to him. Connor rang up my order again and tried to discount it to the same web price. I told him I was appreciative. I was waiting on my food, still on the phone with corporate answering the questions they had.. When after 10 minutes Connor the “manager” walked around the counter and showed me his cell phone with a text message from his GM. Yes the GM! It instructed Connor to refuse my order, refund my transaction, and to threaten to call authorities if I don’t leave the store… i am shocked, appalled, just straight up disappointed. A regular customer for 9 plus yrs at this location, and I am told to take a hike. Let me reiterate I was on the phone with corporate the entire time! This is all on the phone call. Even the guy on the phone didn’t know what to say… It would take a miracle to get me back in there. This place is a dump. The GM is a real piece of work!...
