08/2022 - I gave 5 stars. Lived in the Louisville area for 4 years and just tried Fiesta Time for the first time. Friendly/courteous staff and a wide variety of food options to choose from. But hands down THE BEST BAJA FISH TACOS EVER!!! I will 100% be back for more!
11/2022 - Since my previous review, we have eaten here regularly and never had a problem. Until today. The service was terrible. There were 4 or 5 young guys just standing around talking and laughing. The guy who seated us, had to finish his story to his buddies before even turning to ask how many in our party. Took a waiter forever to get our drinks. We got our food which was good (as it always is), but our waiter never checked on us again. My husband's glass sat empty for a while so I moved it to the edge of the table. I looked for our waiter, didn't see him. I watched the group of 4 or 5 young guys up front as they continued to talk and laugh. Nothing. No one ever stopped. I was getting ticked. After a while my face must have gave it away. One of the young men from up front finally asked if we were OK. My husband asked for to-go boxes, a to-go drink, and our ticket. He brought them quickly. When we paid up front the guy who rang us up never asked how are meal was or if everything was OK. No thank you, nothing. Seemed as though the only person in the dining area that was actually working was the...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer and a strong supporter of this business, especially of its Hispanic team members—always tipping generously (25% or more) and advocating for their hard work. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have crossed the line from disappointing to outright disrespectful.
On Sunday, May 18th, I witnessed the Assistant General Manager and another staff member (a man in a red shirt) openly speaking about me in Spanish, assuming I didn’t understand. Their comments were unprofessional, unnecessary, and frankly hurtful—especially since I’ve consistently treated everyone here with kindness and fairness. The irony is that I do understand Spanish, and it’s baffling that leadership would engage in such behavior toward a customer who has supported them for so long.
It’s one thing for coworkers to vent privately, but for an AGM to participate in mocking or disparaging a loyal patron is unacceptable. If this is how they treat someone who goes out of their way to tip well and champion their staff, I can’t imagine how they speak about others behind their backs. A business thrives on trust and respect, and this one has failed on both fronts.
Until management addresses this culture of unprofessionalism, I strongly advise others to take their...
Read moreI ended up at fiesta time in Migos for lunch. I’ve been here for dinner before and for lunch. Today was a really nice experience. The restaurant was pretty packed for the lunch hour. And they had an excellent lunch menu. There are multiple combinations and items available for lunch that you wouldn’t normally see. The prices range from about $8.50-$8.99 The server was kind. I ordered the huevos rancheros. And that came out in a very timely fashion. While I was waiting for that, I enjoyed some lovely chips and salsa and a variety of hot sauces that were available on the table. When the huevos rancheros came out, they also asked if I wanted flour tortillas or corn tortillas and I was brought out an extra plate of warm tortillas in aluminum foil so I could enjoy the huevos. I’ve actually never had huevos rancheros at a Mexican restaurant. It always ends up being at a brunch place where they’ve included it. In part of their menu. This was delicious it’s simple. It’s fried eggs, rice, beans and then you could combine it with the tortillas for your meal. I added some green habanero sauce to the huevos rancheros to help with the spice And I had a lovely experience. I would...
