Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Louisville

I was coming from the airport and stopped at Popeyes on my way home, it was 10mins before they close, and ordered the 5 piece special that comes with one small side order and 2 two biscuits, before I left, I checked inside the top of bag and the fries I ordered were not there, so I called the cashier and asked where are the fries I ordered, said they had no more and she put a small side of mashed potatoes and didn't even tell me what she had and why, so she offered to give another side order, so I chose the beans and rice, I got it mad left, when I got home an hour later, because I live in Jasper, I realized that there were NO BISCUITS, and 2 pieces of chicken were missing, she only gave me 3, maybe they had run out but she didn't even bother to tell. I don't think I'll ever eat at that particular Popeyes anymore, good luck to those...

I had one of the worst dining experiences at. It was clear from the moment I walked in that they were severely understaffed—there were only two employees trying to manage everything, and it showed. The line was ridiculously long, and the wait times were unacceptable.

On top of that, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed overwhelmed and irritated, and they barely acknowledged customers. To make matters worse, they only had one fryer, which meant orders were coming out painfully slow. People were waiting over 20 minutes just for basic items like fries and chicken.

The restaurant itself felt chaotic and disorganized. I understand being short-staffed can be tough, but this was beyond unprofessional. I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon unless they make some...

So my experience ordering thru the drive thru was okay , although the line was long we only waited about ten minutes (which was a red flag). I ordered 4 meals, a three piece, and four boneless wing combos. Of course they were missing a few things and we noticed once we got home, looked online for a phone number BOOM! No contact info. AND THEN on top of all that my chicken was overcooked because to me it seemed like they cook hella food because they know they’re gonna be busy, and leave it under a hot light to have ready.
