Certain sad side portions are available but I mean for what I paid for that I could have went and bought the whole box and it fed me for a whole week and to be honest with you the grits aren't nowhere near like they used to be maybe they cut back on using all the better like they used to times ago but if that's the case they need to go back to put more butter in them and making them like they used to because I would never go up there and spend three dollars for eight bowl of grits and I know that styrofoam to go Bo cannot be the same size as a bowl of grits that they bring to that table and maybe it is maybe it isn't but that's okay waffle House you don't have to worry about me because it's just my personal opinion and I know they say they take these two they take these serious but we all know that some places don't take them seriously and that's why a lot of places are closing down or going out of businesses at all but if you're going to get this shady and shabby over some grits as a side item then y'all don't need to be in business and I know it's just grits but that goes for any side out there grits gravy waffles oatmeal whatever else you got to serve there it's ridiculous but again we are healthy America so maybe that's one thing we all as Americans have to get used to is the small portions but what that's going to cause is people to start cooking more at home as much as they don't want to they're going to start hiring people like myself to become their household cooker for...

She ordered coffee to drink, she was fixing her coffee and she took the spoon out of the coffee, put it in her mouth tasting the coffee on it, pulls it out of her mouth, looks down and sees that the spoon is covered with dried, nasty food that potentially could get her sick. In Louisville, there is an outbreak of hepatitis A going around from unsanitary conditions. Therefore,as a restaurant it is your job to ensure plates, silverware, utensils are clean prior to giving them to the customer. At this point, I became very dissatisfied with the overall experience. Then, to try to appease us, the server said I'll take off your grits and you won't have to pay for them. My mother, a Veteran who I was attempting to celebrate Memorial Day with now has to wonder what potential illness she might recieve - not from war, but from your dirty silverware. Now, after I inspected every dish and silverware and prayed over it, we were barely able to finish our meal. I go to the front register to pay, I inform the server that my mom never received the food (grits) that she ordered. She told me she'll put them in to-go box, but I said no. I paid for the meal, even tipped her $4.00. I asked for a detailed receipt so I could ensure that i didnt pay for items we did not receive, and the server informed me that she could not provide me a detailed receipt. This was definitely a...

I was walking outside to make sure that I could be seen when my food was ready the lady didn't even look up she had my food sitting on the counter. Then when she gave me it she didn't ask me if I wanted any jelly she did not give me no silverware I'm at the hotel no napkins then the lady that I gave the $4 to when I went in there for some jelly she didn't even say anything to me she had the other waitress give me the jelly I almost wanted to go in there and get my tip back that is unprofessional... I just tried to eat one of the sandwiches and I spit the food out of my mouth and going to throw it away $20 down the drain...
