Wendy's — Restaurant in Louisville

07/13/25, order placed at 5:37PM. Incredibly rude order taker for the front counter inside.

I walk up to the order screen. She waves her finger at me, zero words out of her mouth, asking me to wait a second... okay....

Finally she says "you wanna order?"

I say politely say "yes" ....obviously lol...

I say number 6, she instantly cuts me off mid sentence to ask a question- the answer of which I was literally in the middle of saying already.

She doesn't push the drink cup at me, doesn't tell me my total, doesn't give me my receipt, doesn't ask if I want it, wordlessly turns around.

Starts staring at her phone while another customer is waiting to order.

She wordlessly hands me my food. I say have a nice day. She wordlessly walks away.

This type of person needs to be let go. Not at all busy.

Edit: didn't realize this til now, but my fries are completely cold to the touch... Wow... like...

This was my first time eating at Wendy's in a long time and since this is a new Wendy's in my neighborhood I went through the drive thru. Not really paying much attention to the prices I ordered a regular chicken sandwich value meal and was astounded by the price! I paid more then 8 dollars for a sandwich, fries, and a drink! Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. When you can go to Applebee's and get a good cooked meal that's way healthier for you and without all the cholesterol in Wendys food. To top it all off I am a person who likes to eat there fries very hot so I dug right into the bag and not only were the fries not hot but they were soggy. You would think that a new restaurant opening would do better! All that said the people were very friendly...

The atmosphere I encountered is always in the parking lot haven't never been into the dining area but it's actually been quite the pleasant experience because I don't sit around in the parking long..... Finally a real deal done thru when the younger people have be polite... The food has been fresh and the fries have always been hot and tasty!!! They follow a real schedule on fresh fryers!!! 🙃 Plus they follow it... Sorry about the Double arches....they give me a belly ache I'm sticking with...
