Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Louisville

I wish there was something positive that I could write about this place. Let me say, I have never had any issue with any Zaxby's I have ever visited, however; if we weren't absolutely hungry and had spent $30 (for really poorly made and undercooked food), we would have walked away--immediately. Our visit was around 1pm on a Saturday. They were not very busy. We placed our order, and found a table that had the least amount of food and dirt on it (I got napkins and some soap from the restroom and cleaned our table). When we got our food, IT WAS ON A FILTHY TRAY!! The tray had chunks of food from previous orders all over it!! I took it up to the counter and told them that this was unacceptable. One person smirk/giggled and rolled their eyes, the other shrugged their shoulders and uttered that it wasn't their problem!!!!!!!!! And the list of problems goes on: *5 of 10 chicken strips were cold inside and undercooked (real safe) *The soda/napkin area was gross, dirty, and had bugs flying and landing all over the drying sweet tea and soda *We had to practically beg for the sauces we paid for and were still shorted two of them

To be fair, I have sent a couple of emails about these problems to their contact addresses and asked for return calls so I could inform management about this in lieu of just blasting this place. I have not been contacted by anyone at all (it has been 10 days). This is actually a safety issue in top of an extremely terrible customer service issue. If they can't follow up on a serious set of problems like this, it speaks loudly about how little they care about the customers.

When I arrived at Zaxby's it was aligned with six or seven people waiting to get their order Taken 3 people left and then there was light for other people including me and my boyfriend so the service with Zaxby's wasn't good because they only had one cashier doing the best she could I am I don't know about their kitchen but it was lunch time they should have had a kitchen full of cooks and another cashier but other than that Zaxby's food is really delicious as good as fresh as hot I love Zaxby's food extra service and the Lack of employees to help cover the ships that makes the customer service poor but if you're hungry and you have a taste for Zaxby's if they had enough employees they would do a lot better in their customer service area other than that the dining area was clean the restrooms were clean the windows were clean the place was really nice it was a great atmosphere to sit down and...

I had a great experience but because of the CoVid pandemic Drive thru was backed up out onto the main road, so I chose carry-out. Upon entering they had the social distance stickers on the floor. There wasn't any other customers inside but I still waited on the last floor sticker almost waiting for permission to approach the counter. While waiting for my order I was notified that they had run out of chicken in the middle of filling my order so when the fresh chicken was out, they took the time to redo my order to make sure I had fresh hot fries and chicken. It was very much appreciated. The manager even offered me a free drink for my wait. The food and employee's were both amazing.
