Angilo's Pizza — Restaurant in Loveland

This place is horrendous. We have ordered here multiple times and given them mutiple chances to make right. Tonight pizza was burnt they forgot our chicken tenders for my 2 year old and then claimed we never ordered them even though we were charged and hung up. Garlic bread was burnt. Thank god the chicken wings and pizza hoagies were edible. Despite us giving them the benefit of the doubt, the manager here is awful !!!!! Disrespectful, rude, short, and always claims he is slammed and too busy to be attentive to his hometown customers. I work in the food industry also and have never left a poor review on any site until now. So I go to this place all the time and I’ve never been told I had to bring food back in when it’s been messed up. This time I bit into a funnel fry and there’s a HUGE nasty BLACK/BROWN HAIR. I’m already home and thrown them out and the funnel fries are two freaking dollars and they won’t give a credit or money back unless you bring them back in so now I have to dig threw my garbage and drive back up there? Come on like really I’ve never ever had this said to me before from this Angilos in particular because this is the one I go too and have been going to for years and the guy was very rude about everything and clearly has no care for his customers. We love the food but the owner has no personality and his customer service skills lack badly. Everyone else there is friendly and personable. They have the best steak hoagie around. There is only a few Angilos around anymore so it stinks he pushes people away with his demeanor. Also, don't forget your coupon. I've never seen anyone act like it's the worse thing ever if you don't bring the coupon. Oh no, I forgot it and won't save the dollar with the coupon.
