Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Loveland

On the days i'm not working I go here at least once a day. It's even across town.... Don't care. Gotta 'Dutch my bros" Also have a rule in the car with my wife and friends.... If I cross 34 at any time in loveland I gotta stop... This rule can't be broken. The person who notices the rule is about to be broken gets their drink bought for them. There's also the very common double dutch.... Getting an iced coffee and an iced green tea because you can't decide which one you want more and you don't want to go back when you run out of the first. Hahaha.... Ok so some things to try.... Kicker is great, Irish cream and coffee, Or if you want to change that one up a bit get the nutty irishman which has hazelnut and irish cream. Also a big fan of the annihilator which is chocolate hazelnut or something of the like.

On to the tea.... OMG the tea. Their green tea is great, It's smooth and has a citrusy taste to it. I love it plain but also quite commonly get it flavored. One of my favorites is the eclipse, also mango or grapefruit are worth a try for sure. If you want sugar free flavoring I really like the strawberry coconut. Their black tea is also really good.. Vanilla flavor to it but the green tea is my go to.

And lastly the employees... They are all fantastic! Always cheerful and super friendly! They always make sure you have a pleasant wait and are all fun to chat with while waiting for your drinks. They seem to do a really good job of hiring friendly and interesting people. They have also got stuff down now.... When they first opened every few trips something was a little off, Not enough flavoring, too much flavoring etc but now It's been like 3+ months of going 4-6 times a week and I have gotten a perfect...

Ok. That was by far the WORST customer Service I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. I used to work at a fast food joint so I know it can get hectic and crazy. But I still did my job and so did the rest of us.

My mother and I pulled up to this location expecting crazy, and here's what we found, random screaming in the back, screaming contests between 2 girls. And then the person at the window, who I might add was supposed to be taking orders, couldn't get any of them to act correctly. She said she "Gave up, trying to reign in them at 11 o'clock this morning." You do not say that when someone comes up to your window!

And then we ask for 2 Carmalizer Frosts (NO COFFEE) I like a little extra Caramel in mine so I asked for an extra hit of caramel, this location didn't even ask and started to make the 2 drinks and put COFFEE in my drink! Then they chucked them out the window and I heard one of the girls say "We have 20 minutes left, I don't care about the customers" I'm sorry. I don't care if i'm the rudest customer in the world, you're being paid to be...

I’m giving this location 3 stars because the employees are nice.

However, the reason I won’t give 5 stars is because my husband & I went to get coffee tonight and ended up leaving without ordering anything because one of the employees was not wearing her mask properly. It was well below her nose, which we know makes it ineffective. Our newborn was in the car and this was not a risk my husband & I were willing to take. Masks are not effective unless worn properly by everyone. 1 in every 110 Coloradoans are contagious with Covid19 as it stands, and that number jumps daily. By now managers everywhere should be cracking down on mask policies & making sure their employees are wearing them correctly for the safety of everyone they serve, including themselves and fellow employees. This experience was very disheartening. We ended up giving our business to the Starbucks down the road because they wear their masks properly.
