I am a 6'1, 205 lb 29 year old male who has two bulging lumbar discs with severe neuropathy. Back in February of 2021, I went to see a spine specialist in the area who more or less said, "Well, you could get cortisone shots or do surgery". To say I was hopeless about ever being able to workout, exercise, or even just walk for periods longer than five minutes was an understatement.

Gateway Family Chiropractic (GFC) was able setup an appointment within 24 hours of calling and then directed me on a 6 week plan of spinal decompression therapy and adjustments most days throughout the week. I was fortunate to be able to come in most, if not every morning during that period. In addition to the physical therapy I was receiving outside of GFC, I was seen by their massage therapist Dorothy who has over 30 years of experience. She was especially kind, hard working, and gave me the information to help me become self-sustaining.

As cheesy as it sounds, GFC was a beacon of hope throughout this especially painful process that helped me take control of my lack of mobility. They taught me how to manage my back pain and further how to keep progress moving at a consistent rate. I have concluded that 6 week package today and am able to walk around the house, run errands, and even camp in the rocky's last weekend. I cannot thank the team at GFC enough. I am a 82 year old gal that for many years have been suffering back pain. It became severe about 10 years ago and I opted for decompression therapy from a Chiropractor in Ft. Collins that has since closed his practice. That therapy was my lifesaver. Then about 2 years ago, I started having several physical problems that affected my back, and it become very painful again. By last September, I was not even able to walk very far, do our grocery shopping or even get dinner without prescription pain meds and using a walker just to get around my home. I have recently been seeing Dr Kody at Gateway Chiropractic. I am beyond thrilled with the result! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I was afraid and wasn't sure if they could even help me. I had developed radial nerve palsy and, with no idea how it happened, had completely lost function of my left forearm and hand.
