We love Inta Juice and go often. Usually weekly! They have so many options, and being lactose intolerant, I appreciate being able to substitute dairy with dairy-free options such as soy, coconut, and cashew milk. Most of their staff is really friendly and create a good atmosphere. They even have a drive through for fast service on the go! They also have these wonderful vacuum insulated water bottles that you can buy and they will give you 10% off each smoothie you fill inside each time you bring it back.
However, the drive through can be hard to navigate - especially on your first go. And if you need assistance, the speaker will kill your ears when the employee talks. We usually go inside for these reasons.
Also, you pay before they make the smoothies, and the employee stares at the screen to see if you give them a tip or not. Which makes us really uncomfortable because that is supposed to be a private thing that they don't see. And who wants to tip someone before experiencing how good or bad their service is? Also, we feel like we pay enough for the smoothies and that tips are unnecessary - all they do is throw the ingredients together in a blender and then pour it in our cups. How does that deserve a tip?
One thing that has really been bothering us lately is this one employee. She never smiles or has a happy tone. She stares at us a lot and slips a few death glares here and there. She has been slighting us of some of our smoothie (not filling our cup up as high as other employees do), and whenever we head in and I see her I just want to leave and go somewhere else. I seriously dread seeing her. One time she made a smoothie for someone who came in after us and gave it to them first, and then she made ours. That was frustrating especially because we were paying for a babysitter and took longer to get home than we thought. I saw another comment about her on these reviews. She has dark brown hair that is always in a ponytail, and the most recent trip we had with her working was Jan 4, 2019 at about 6:30 PM.
Overall, if it weren't for the drive through, tipping system, and that one employee being so seriously upsetting, I would totally give this...
Read moreI would rather spend the extra money to doordash berry blendz than ever spend any money here again. F tier service and F tier smoothies(they’re watery). The associate was super sassy at me. I accidentally ordered online to the wrong inta juice which I recognize is completely my fault for being dumb and not looking at the location. But they absolutely refused to accommodate me and said there “was no possible way” they could make my smoothie for me at that location even though I already paid for it and had my receipt, so they made me pay for my smoothie again and then had the AUDACITY to ask me for a tip. HELL NAH i’m not giving you a tip, i’m gonna save it for the nice workers at berry blends that know how to be nice AND make smoothies that actually taste good. When i worked at starbucks for two years, if anyone ordered to the wrong location we would just make it for them anyways and politely remind them to check the location the next time they ordered. i’ve been working in customer service for over five years and if it was me I would just make it. Because it’s literally five dollars bruh, it was never that serious, you totally could’ve just been a kind human being. i recognize i made the initial mistake of ordering to the wrong one but it’s basic principles of...

There is SPECIFICALLY a sign that says “PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THE DRIVE THRU”
This is NOT the case.
We sat in line between ordering and reaching the window for 35 minutes. Sat at the window for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I had a personal cup, but no one acknowledged me to see that I had a personal cup. As a result, she had to pour my drink from the styrofoam cup into my personal cup, and didn’t even fill it up. I saw a one of the two employees working the counter (versus the ONE working the window) look at me twice and could clearly see my huge cup. I guess she didn’t tell her fellow employee.
When finally acknowledged, they gave me a 10% discount for the wait. While appreciated, that is not much of a discount for a 45 minute wait at the drive-thru. It is ludicrous that I could have been in and out had I walked inside, when drive thru customers are assured we will get priority. I understand today was the first day of school and there were students walking over. However, that doesn’t justify 10 people inside being served while I wait for someone to look at me.
By the way, I should have already gotten a discount from my $35 IntaJuice personal cup. Very disappointed in the...
