My experience at Paradice was amazing :) I learned from the woman working that this is a mother / son owned ice cream store, and definitely a labor of love - considering that she was closing the store alone at 9pm. I had the Oreo ice cream, which was extremely creamy and high quality. Iâm a bit of a candy fiend, and would love to see a âcandy loverâ flavor or something like that with Reeseâs, Heath, and Butterfinger. I realize this isnât for everyone, but it would definitely make this my most favorite spot! The flavors I tried were great, this is the best ice cream available in the area and I canât wait to try the sugar cone ice cream sandwiches (I think thatâs what the flat sugar cones are for anyway.) So five stars from me and I hope to see some more sugar and candy-loaded flavors in the future. Also, they have REAL dairy free options that arenât just sorbet and my wife is really pumped about that. She had the chocolate peanut butter dairy free option and it was really good! We will be back! Thank you for the great local...
Read moreThe ice cream is okay. Itâs very very sweet, so itâs a good choice for children. Our umbrella from our table outside flew away and I caught it right in time before it damaged cars in the parking lot, specifically the businessâs ice cream van. I was stuck holding it for about 30 seconds before a customer came out to help me. It was large and the wind was very strong. The employees could see all this from the windows and never came out to help me or anything. A bunch of sand got in my ice cream during this ordeal, so I had to throw it away and wasnât offered a replacement or anything. I feel the staff couldâve tried handling the situation at all. We were there for about 2 minutes, I ate very little of my 2 scoop, and had to throw it away. A bummer, but whatever. The customer needed up closing the umbrella and placing it down. Thanks to the customer for helping me, staff shouldâve stepped up. Also if that umbrella pole hit my mother or I in the head, that couldâve been a serious injury. Try reinforcing them...
Read moreAbsolutely love this place. Friend told me to try it and it was amazing. Such a huge variety of ice cream choices, as well as a freezer with push up pops, ice cream sadwiches, cakes, and prepacked pints to choose from. The freeze dried candies were a nice surprise as well. My favorite was Southern Bourbon Butter pecan, but i sampled about 8 different things. The Young lady behind the counter was extremely professional and friendly. Toppings were in the ice cream so you really didnt need to do like other Ice cream shops. Old School creamery meets new wave ice cream store. Looked at the reviews and was shocked to see a 1 star. Clearly that guide person never actually went into the store because tons of variety. Highly recommend and 5 stars doesnt do...
