McDonald's — Restaurant in Loveland

Hilton Head and Myrtle Beach are the hardest places to get around if you have to use Google maps. The reason is that the signs for businesses are usually wrapped in brick or stone and sit on the ground. And then they put bushes around it. So not only are they not lit up and close to the ground they're covered by landscaping. Also I had to get from Hilton Head to Parris Island or hotel is 1 hour away It is impossible to drive in this area at night because black is blacker than black. There are no street signs. They will tell you to turn onto a side street and the side street is no more than a gravel driveway. We went to see our son on Paris Island it took us an hour to get there when we left could you come back to our hotel it took us an hour and 45 minutes because Google maps kept taking us through roundabout after roundabout after roundabout rather than just staying on East 28th or West 28th or whatever. If and it's a very big if if I ever come again to Hilton Head I will make sure that I do not drive in the dark because it is super dangerous. The other thing is the speed limits change very erratically One stretch it'll be 25 and then it'll jump up to 45 and then it'll jump down to 35 and then it'll jump up to 55 and then it'll go down to 45 only to jump up to 70. Every timebi go through the drive through they mess up my order. Costomer service is very rude. Lady told me that I ordered 3 meals when I only ordered 2 .Proceeded to scream into my car at her manager on a smoke break to "deal with me" then still charged me for a hashbrown after giving me a refund. Ive conplained to coorperate and management nothings been done. An employee was smoking weed through the drive through window when I was waiting to pay for my food. I was charged today for a hashbrown that i wanted and did not receive. I always get half empty large fries or they give me mediums instead of larges and when I go inside they give me dirty looks and dont say a word. This is by far the worst McDonald's ive EVER been to. And I'm going to the one in mason from now on because your employees dont know anything about customer service or how to make sure customers get what they order. This has happened so many times ive tried looking past it but im done. This business needs a new crew. They dont do their jobs right, they smoke on the clock in front of customers. And the eployees are very rude. You guys sent out a paper in the mail apologizing but an apology means nothing when you dont take action. They'll keep doing what theyre doing until they are disciplined.

So i want this to be to public because it happened to my little cousin i ordered some mcchickens which supposed to have mayo and lettuce chicken and a bun however it had onions which my little cousin is allergic i called them 20 times over the phone no answer and its almost like the phones is a cell phone im being sent to voicemail and also ive seen bugs roaches and flys another visit and i was told its a restaurant i call bulls**t ive been a previous worker and ive never seen a roach maybe a fly in drive thru but never any roaches another time i went i order a qtr pounder with chz i didnt receive the cheese i took it back up and i seen they just added a piece of chz didnt remake my sandwich and i said to them this is unprofessional and i was told the receipt said no chz well i accepted that and ask to order a new sandwich with chz i was told that they added chz and ill be ok at that point i asked for corporate and was told were a franchise and gave me a fake number.
