Went here last night because it is the only subway around that has a drive through, only to be again highly disappointed. The screen in the drive through had touch response issues namely because it's filthy, it took over 15 minutes just for the car in front of us to get their drink and single sandwich. When we finally got ours and got home my gf's sandwich had almost no lettuce which she asked for it but not 5-7 pieces (she also had issues the last few times and had a replacement sandwich she haven't gotten yet and hasn't wanted to deal with the drama), mine was the worst; it was supposed to be a 6" turkey breast and ham I got 1 and one half pieces of turkey and no ham at all, hardly any fixings. This is by FAR the worst subway I have ever seen or even heard of (I have friends that work at a couple different locations in Washington State). I will definitely be reaching out to subway corporate as this is an ongoing issue that the owner obviously isn't resolving. Oh and I didn't mention that someone walked back into the store drink and sandwich bag in hand.... My guess it was messed up too 🤦 I don't have photos this time and didn't call store as I was exhausted (hence the stopping in the way home to get food) but seeing that it's ongoing, photos don't matter. Precious few retailers garner the praise which this establishment fully deserves. Kudos to the obviously experienced and comprehensively knowledgeable Management of this facility. Allow me to enumerate. Scrupulously clean; inside and out as well as the bathroom, which has never lacked for handsoap or working,clean dispenser, paper products, unfull trash recepticle, and spot- free mirror. Never has a negative been the response from one on the other side of the counter. Three fistfuls of spinach and a bucket of black olives on that 6" sandwich? 'Yes, Sir! What else would you like?' Once recently I was parched and penniless, YES she said to my request to fill a gallon jug with ice and filtered soda-machine water. YES he said on another occaision to a six dollars + tax foot long when the totality of my wealth was 36 ¢ and a 5$ Subway card. High quality food, no skimping on the napkins or condiments, or service. Being now more stable in the condition of my pocketbook, I return often and make sure to tip the sandwich...
Read moreI went into the shop on 2/21/22 around noon and there were 3 total people working. I am empathetic to them being busy with drive thru orders but it doesn't make it ok to put my hot sandwich in the oven then let it sit out to get cold.
The two people primarily making food were wearing gloves but the 3rd who was at register, drive thru, touching food and cookies was wearing no gloves, coughing and sniffling and touching her face!! In the times I COVID and even pre covid I would be disgusted by this! She was grabbing the tops of the cups with dirty hands she had just coughed into and touched her face. 🤢 I had ordered a cookie but immediately told her to cancel it after I watched her open the brown bag and put her hand in the bag to open it. And she planned to get them out of there with no gloves.
I spent $10.xx and I literally threw it all in the garbage I was so grossed out plus the sandwich was cold. I literally drove over to Freddie's and had a much better experience with a much business restaurant.
Do better. But for the record, I will never be back to...
