We went for dinner tonight at our local Taco Bell (115 W. 65th St., Loveland, CO), simply because we like the food. We should have known better, based upon the experiences we’ve had there in the past. One time we were there, and the floor back in the kitchen area was just covered with food!!! COVERED!!! The workers were just walking through food. It was so disgusting to look at! On other occasions, we’ve had to wait ridiculous amounts of time for our food - 30 minutes or more for “FAST FOOD!” That really is disgusting! Tonight, however, the food came very quickly, and it was delicious. However ..... the place was a disgusting, filthy mess. There wasn’t one, single table that was clean for us to eat at. I told one of the workers that there were no clean tables, and with an obvious look of resentment towards me (as if I had done something wrong!) she came out and started wiping the tables. The one she cleaned for us was still filthy - taco sauce smeared on it, hunks of cheese, meat and lettuce still there. We had to clean it again with napkins before we even wanted to sit there. I went to set my purse on the chair next to me, and it had shreds of cheese all over it. I had to wipe it off, just to make it clean enough for my purse. The area in front of the soft drink dispenser was so dirty and full of puddles, there was no clean place to set our drinks down so that we could put the lids on. Two of the taco sauce containers were empty, and trash was bulging out of the trash receptacle at the same counter where the taco sauce was. The floor was covered with food and trash - napkins, taco sauce packets, cheese shreds and broken taco crumbs everywhere. It was disgusting! Another issue with this location is that the evening sun shines so brightly in the windows that it makes it very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. We looked around and there wasn’t one single table that didn’t have the bright, glaring sun. This restaurant has been there long enough now for them to have gotten blinds for those west facing windows, which would make the evening meals there much more pleasant. And, I must say, that bright sunshine really accentuated how filthy the tables and floors were! During part of our meal, we were the only ones eating inside, and there was no line at the drive through. This tells me that there is no excuse for there to be no one cleaning the tables and floors. They can’t say, “We were too busy!” We’ve often noticed at other fast food restaurants (Runza and Chic-Fil-A come to mind) that as soon as a customer leaves, someone is out there, cleaning their table and getting it ready for the next guest. Those restaurants always look sparkling clean and very inviting. Not so at this Taco Bell! It really is disheartening to walk into a restaurant and to see that every single table is dirty. In spite of liking the food, we will really think twice about returning to...
Read moreI usually stop here, especially after getting the nacho fry pass, as it's the best in Loveland. I have been going here for a while but it seems that perhaps good people have left and management has changed. Upon my arrival I noticed the drive through was busy, so I decided to go inside instead. I stood for almost 10 minutes before someone decided to come over, I explained my situation and politely asked if the front counter was opened as they were ignoring it. He told me it was, a lie of course as I didn't get my order for another 10 minutes. Today was the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. First, for the past few weeks their Baja freeze machine has been "down". Yet they are able to get every other freeze out? Doesn't sound right, it sounds like to me they purposefully don't have their Baja freeze machine on because of how popular it is. It seems the teens that run this place after 4pm think its OK to just not do things, that because it may be difficult or annoying to do that they can just not. That's not how a job works. Not only has their machine been down, and I've been unable to get a Baja freeze several times now. Once was even a reward I got for being such a loyal customer, so I got a free Freeze but not the one I wanted because they purposefully down their machines. Then my fries...ever had nacho fries that feel like rocks and have been under a heat lamp for hours and are literally stone cold? Delicious right? When I marched back in to fix it, I was looked at like I was insane. Excuse me, did she expect me to eat them? Disgusting. I had her get me a new batch, this time they were hot. A woman had come in with issues with items missing in her order she got. She expressed to me that if something isn't missing something is being cooked wrong. She also said that it's the worst Taco Bell ever, which I can agree. What used to be the best one to go to when headed back up from Loveland (as the Loveland one gives people food poisoning) is now nothing but garbage. Now I have to go to Fort Collins for my Taco Bell fix. Overall, just not a cared for place. They don't have enough staff so they dedicated everyone to the drive through so that everyone in the dining room is forced to use the kiosk and shove their questions and concerns else where as they don't care nor are they actually at the register. This store really should be condensed into a drive thru only store with limited food options. Not a place I'd come back to. Update:still terrible and they forget almost 50%...
Read moreDo not eat here worst service ever. First they messed up my order so I called so that they no that they messed it up they can work on there mistake. I didn't want it replaced I could care less I just wanted to let them know that they made something incorrect. So I called I talked to a gentleman very very rude first he tells me no I did not make it wrong then he proceeds to tell me as I'm looking at the quesadillas telling me he made them right. So then I tell him I would like to speak to a manager because he's being very rude and unprofessional then the line goes quiet and 5 seconds later he hangs up. So I decide to call them back so I can speak to a manager to tell them that the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and probably shouldn't be answering the phone. So I proceed to call and it goes directly to voicemail so I called back again, thinking someone was on the other line, and it goes to voicemail again. I proceeded to call back 10 plus times and every time went to voicemail. I can't believe that any establishment would do that to their customers who, mind you, are the reason they even have a job. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. So I am going to proceed to go to corporate and I'm going to make sure that this gentleman isn't given another opportunity to treat anyone else like the way he treated me. Id like to tell him If you don't like dealing with people then don't work in customer service, but oh well. I just wish him the best considering he probably won't go to far with his attitude. I highly recommend to avoid this place like the plague. I would put no stars but That's not possible considering I want people to know how terrible this place is. Never going back....
