Story of this distillery was very unique. It actually comes from a natural spring water that is used to distill all of it and boy does it truly add to the taste. I actually ended up buying three bottles two of their gin and one at the honey vodka. The flavor is amazing Evan the distiller that was giving the samples was very knowledgeable on how it was made what it was made out of some of the cocktails that can be made with it. His very excited when speaking about both the brand and the owner, which says so much about a company. I myself am thinking of starting a mobile bar business and this is the type of people I definitely would love to work with. Passion and pride matter so much. And sourcing locally not only the water and going above and beyond to make sure that their employees are taken care of, but also purchasing locally from local honey and other sources of product, and thinking quality.
