If I could, I would give this store 0 stars. Customer Service is horrible via phone and email. I bought a phone at this store but was never given paperwork. When I spoke with Verizon on phone, they informed me to call and request paperwork regarding my rebate and gift card from the store as they could not help me. When I called the gentleman on the phone asked my name 5 or more times as he could not remember it. Left me on hold. He advised me that they have shredded my paperwork. He also asked me to come in store and have meeting with manager. I advised I couldn't due to kids. He told me that the manager would call me. Next day manager never called. When I called and spoke with manager, he said he was never advised that he was supposed to call me. I requested in writing what I signed that they shredded. He sent me an email with the wrong terms. I called and was advised that they would send an email with the correct terms from the gentleman that I bought the phone from. To this day still no response from him via email. Unprofessional people that work in this store and cannot get over that they shredded my paperwork. With what has happened I would expect more from this store than just my rebate and my gift card. And I am not even sure that will be honored until 2-3 months from date of when phone was bought as I don't even know what they put in system due to missing paperwork. His professionalism is the best I have ever seen and I have been in customer service for 35 years and I have never seen a service rep handle such a frustrating and scary situation in the way that this man.! In all the phone calls that I had tried to resolve it with Verizon had been nothing but frustrating, I could not understand any of the representatives that I spoke with and was on the phone when I was trying to resolve it for over 3 1/2 hours!! And this man Evan, was able to communicate and resolve this issue in like I said, such a professional way and such a kind way. I highly recommend that this customer service representative, Evan should be compensated financially and within the company in the position that he is in. I was scammed by a male Skemp to believe that I was going to be working for him and he had me come into Verizon and purchase a very expensive iPhone, and iPad and then mail it to what he called, a technician that this was going to help me in the position within that company, that doesn’t exist!! Read moreA horrible experience. They told my son he would get a phone for him and his wife for free. I told him we did not want to change other plans on our group plan. He said we did not have to. First bill came and we were charged for the phones. Also they had added insurance to the plans even though we declined. After we went back my son was told they would fix it. Staff said it would take a few days to fix. They ended up changing our other plans without our permission. I went in and they changed them back. Said again they would make sure we would get the free phones. This never happened. They were not truthful. I would suggest going to a Verizon company store not an authorized dealer.
