Update 6-19-24 Its really unfortunate that I have to reduce my rating because I have had great food from this place in the past. Today I placed an order online at 1130am. Got an email with an order number. After and hour I still hadn't received the food. I called and they said "it should be there any minute." I waited another half hour and called again. This time they had no record of my order. I gave them my order number and said my credit card was charged. They finally found it and said that the "online order didn't show up on the tablet. We will start your order and get it to you in 20 mins." 45 mins later I called again. The person recognized the number and answered with "Yeah, it's on the way" then hung up when I tried to ask a question. Finally at 2pm I got my order. The pizza was burnt and lukewarm. Because the crust was burnt I couldn't even heat it up in the oven. What a shame. This place used to be great.

Absolutely horrible delivery experience. I read the reviews and was so excited about trying this place - and especially to try the loaded tostones. I called and they told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait. I was prepared for that. No problem. 1 hour 10 minutes go by and there's no sign of anything, so I call. The very nice young lady who answered told me that my order had already left for delivery. Semi-useful information, but I could have used more. Another 20 minutes went by - nothing. I called again and she said that my order was the last delivery and he just called in and should be there any minute. Another 10-15 minutes go by and I get a call from a man yelling something incoherent in my ear. I look out the front door and he's sitting in his car. I said "are you here with the food?" he says yes. I open the door to wave him to where I am (my house is very clearly marked with the address over the door). He hands me a cold pizza and rubber tostones. They would have actually bounced off the floor had I tried. I have no doubt these would have been delicious if I had actually gotten them in a reasonable amount of time, but an hour and a half is just ridiculous. I won't be...

It pains me to do this, because I actually think the food here for a pizzeria is substantially far and away better than any pizzeria in the city. But..

The service here is just outright not good. I’ve been coming here for many years to grab a sub or pizza on longer days and the food has always been good and the food ready. The last three times I’ve gone here over the last six or so months there has been an issue. From not having items on the menu available to not being able to meet commitments of time for food, it’s incredibly unreliable.

Perfect example: tonight I grab a pizza and a calzone. The order was placed at 6:51pm. It’s currently 7:45pm with a pick up scheduled at 7:30 latest. I walked in at 7:35 and was told a few more minutes. I’m currently still standing outside the place waiting for food at 7:46. I have no idea what the hold up is or why the service has degraded so substantially.
