I will preface my comments to say that every restaurant has a bad service night so take my comments as you may. Servers were in total disarray (in the weeds) and took peoples orders before other customers who had been waiting for 20-30 minutes more. Others waited patiently for their checks to be delivered to the table. My sense is the parents are the cooks and the kids + a friend are serving and bussing the food. To make matters worse, the food came out in that order. My wife and I waited over an hour for our meal and right before it came out the server asked if our food had come out yet. The food itself was good, the spring rolls were very good but we got our meals about an hour after I ate the app so I suppose it tasted good but the meals didn't stand out. My wife had the bibimbap and it was fair to middle. Overall the food looks very good but I just wouldn't go there on a Sat night. They seemed inundated with takeout orders. The restaurant itself is fairly clean although the bathrooms were a bit below average. No paper towels in the Covid era?? Personally I would never go back but might get takeout if I knew I was going to be...

I'm not sure there are enough positive adjectives to describe go how wonderful the food is. my boyfriend and I go on average at least 2 times a month and we have always left full and happy. I'm a huge pho fan and I take quality very seriously. This place makes the very best I've ever had. The bibimbap is always flavorful and gorgeous, too. I don't even mind that they don't have booze because the limeade is the perfect beverage to go with anything on the menu. We can't resist always ordering the coconut shrimp rolls to go with our meal. They are always fresh and crisp, served with an indescribably perfect cilantro chili sauce. We don't usually have room for dessert, but I will say that the fried ice cream is very thoughtfully prepared. The crisp batter gives way to creamy ice cream and coconut flakes. It's heaven in a glass. I've never had the Italian because I'm so addicted to the pho, but it always looks and smells like Nana's. I'm not sure you can beat the combined quality, value, and freshness anywhere else around. I hope they stay in business for a long time because they...

I ordered the special beef pho I've never had pho before, and I was pleasantly surprised, the beef was tender, the rice noodles were very good, and the broth was very flavorful despite being quite thin (not a bad thing, it's a broth not a sauce) My one gripe is that the broth had a slight cinnamon flavor to it (I'm not sure if this is a characteristic of pho or not; this is my first time) I particularly do not care for cinnamon flavor but it was very faint and didn't retract from the meal. The water had a slight lemony flavor (which I like, but I know some people are opposed to it) Service was 10/10, great enthusiasm, filled the water cups with ice and water, attentive to our needs. The big bowl of pho (smallest size; medium) pictured was $8...$8 for that much! The pricing was great! Another gripe, the bathrooms were very small and did not match the rest of the restaurant (normal sized) but it's not that big of a...

We've lived in Lowell for a couple of years and unfortunately there's very little Korean food available, finally decided to order from here and we were really happy! The rolls we got were kind of like bibimbap spring rolls! Even the dipping sauce was similar to a cho gochujang. The spicy chicken was really delicious and actually spicy! So many places we've been we've ordered spicy dishes and they aren't spicy at all so this was a great surprise. We ordered the pork kimchi jjigae and it was good but we did have one complaint. There was a LOT of cilantro sprinkled on top and Korean dishes do not use cilantro. It kind of took away from the rich flavor of classic kimchi jjigae so I don't think we'll get that again unless we remember to ask for no cilantro, but otherwise a very good meal that satisfied our craving for that Korean spice!

Sizzling Kitchen is a favorite go-to restaurant of mine in Lowell. And I am not the only one to have this opinion: read a few of the other reviews! The reasons are not just the delicious, expertly prepared fresh and healthy food, or the friendly service. It is also the variety of choices you get in a fusion restaurant with an Asian common denominator. And the restaurant's new venu is spacious and comfortable. It is no wonder the customers are as various as the widespread world, too! On my recent visit I enjoyed the Bibimbap with beef - sizzling, hot off the flames, and delivered with gracious warnings and a safe wooden under-board. I will soon go back for the Spring Rolls (with peanut dipping sauce) and Pho.
