They are so not worth the money. They way over charge for the food. They food was some what warm. They are cheap with the food. They didn't season the yucca. They lied what is suppose to come with the meal and instead they charge for it. They didn't have all the drinks that they advertised. They also forgot one of my drinks as well. The plantiens where right either.

Food is pretty good large portions! Was able to feed myself and my son and still have tons of leftovers. I also got a potato ball was not a big fan but everything is was good! Their sancocho is delicious too perfect for a cold day with some white rice😋 a little pricey but with the amount of left overs we had I would say it was worth it.

Quite overpriced in my opinion. One of the better high end spots on the island but pricier than it should be. They have day passes which are also ridiculously expensive. They're trying to inflate its imaginary exclusivity😳🫣

Food is great, awful customer service, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I placed an online order for a chicken stew (pollo guisado) large which online required me to choose two sides, for 1 I chose rice and the second yuca. Once I received my order the yuca was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know and they gave me this story saying that their prices are incorrect online and that since I ordered the large chicken stew, they gave me a large order of rice and claim they did not charge me more for giving me more rice. Upon them making this decision for me, their worker called the supervisor and the supervisor told her to send more rice but not the yuca. The worker advised me that next time I placed an online order to call the restaurant and clarify what I would like or to place a separate order for the sides. I told the worker I understand it was not her fault but that in the future they should be calling the customer to explain this instead of making decisions for the customer and that if their prices are incorrect online, the customer shouldn’t have to be going out of their way to call the restaurant when placing an online order because then what is the point of an online order, and also it is an issue that the restaurant needs to correct on their end instead of blaming the customer, making decisions for the customer and not completing the order. I asked if there was any way I could please get my order of yuca and that I would gladly pay but they refused. To be clear, the worker on the phone was very kind and patient but there was a man working with her screaming in the background at her and through the phone saying that they will not bring me what I am asking because the delivery man was finishing his orders for the day and yelling saying no they won’t send anything. None of this made sense and there was absolutely no effort to try and please the customer. It is a shame because they’ve lost me and my family as a customer and we’ve been ordering for several years but this disregard and unwillingness to solve the issue was...

Walked in to buy a quick bite. Waited there for a while and got to the counter for her to take my order but she looked at me and ignored me to continue talking to a guy cause he speak Spanish, who is already being serve by another girl. 🤷‍♀️ I felt like I was being judged cus I didn’t speak Spanish or not Latin. When finally she decides to take my order she just gave me this blank stare and made me felt uncomfortable 🥴 she didn’t even say anything. So she still took her sweet time to just grab two empanadas to put in a bag and still having conversation with guy she flirting with. Rang me out but didn’t tell me the price of the food. Just stuck out her hand for my money without me knowing the price. I had to ask twice how much??? So then I gave her the money and I said Thank you. Which I had respect for her and the place but I shouldn’t be the one saying thank you. She should be the one to. But I never got respect back and a thank you, when I showed respect and patient. Never again coming here. This place has...

I’m not from Lowell so I thought I’d stop by as it has the best reviews and honestly it was a let down. I got the bistew onions and peppers ( my favorite meal, I never get anything else) and this by far has been the worst one I’ve tried. The rice was grainy but moist and the steak was chewy… and that’s the part that really got me. I’ve never had chewy bistec… not sure if it’s cheaper steak or the way it was cooked but very much a let down for texture, the flavor was decent ( the sauce was good, steak not too flavorful itself). My boyfriend got carne guisado and the flavor intensity was a solid 6, the meat was tender though! Rice and gandules was dry. The coke was probably the best part, minimalistic atmosphere. We were gonna do dine-in but for obvious reasons chose takeout and at at a local park. Overall, try the...
