Italian Delight Pizzeria — Restaurant in Lower Allen

I would honestly give it 0 stars if I was able to. Over priced, nasty food. I really have given them a chance. Went in on 3 occasions and each time ordered something different- its all gross. Pizza has way too much cheese and is greasy. Cheese falls off without even taking a bite. They charge $4 for a slice. Then I ordered a chicken wrap- very basic -$12 chicken was extremely dry and flavorless. And just yesterday I ordered a cheesesteak and noticed the guy cooking my food was handling it with no gloves- gross! I don't know where his hands have been, and i certainly did not see him wash them. I had them remake it, with gloves on. I get the sub back to work and it was by far the nastiest cheesesteak I have ever eaten. Smothered in mozzarella and the same dry nasty chicken as the wrap. And honestly the folks who run the place are rude. They are not pleasant and they have fake smiles, it makes you wonder what they might be doing to your food out of sight. I do NOT recommend this to anyone. Too many other great pizza places around. I know I will not be returning. Anyone who has rated them any better than 1 star must know...

Last Night I ordered two Stromboli’s from this place. We recently moved into the area and wanted to try out a new Italian spot. From the moment I walked in I know this place was legit. You had Italian decor everywhere, a whole TV playing Italian news and four hardworking people pushing out food as fast as they could. I called in already young lady on the phone told me 25 mins, which is very understood for a Friday night. I got there around that time she was running around answering calls and before she took each call she was so apologetic I didn’t mind one bit. I was able to pay for my food and she apologized as it was still baking I waited a bit more wasn’t in a rush this young lady out the kindness of her heart offered me a drink on the house for a the long wait. I was shocked you don’t usually get this anywhere anymore, the respect towards customers patiently waiting the kindness of employees. But this young lady presented herself well and by far a dream employee for any establishment. On the other had the strombolis were phenomenal, think I found my new pizza joint permanently and I whole heartedly recommend...

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I work just a minute from this place and was treated poorly BOTH times coming here. The first time I came I asked for a to go cup for my water. The cashier handed me a little plastic cup that you would use if you were eating in. I asked could i have a water cup to go, I was told NO we dont give water cups to go you can buy a bottled water. I brushed it off and gave it a try two days later. I went and ordered a wrap and french fries. After picking up my order i asked if i could have a side of ranch and ketchup. The man behind the counter questioned what i ordered as if he didnt understand why i wanted sauce with my meal. He then told me he would need to charge me 60 cents for RANCH which was a small packet they gave me that you would use with your salad. I only had a credit card which made him really mad and then he said forget about it and that i owe him 60 cents when i come in again. These people make you feel you are NOT welcomed there and this will be the last time I ever spend...
