I have given this Dunkin a lot of latitude since it opened, hoping at first that the issues were due to it being a newly opened store that needed time for the staff to get the cadence of a busy morning down.
We have well passed the time for this to be an acceptable reason for the service this location provides. Whether it is in the morning, where they are admittedly handling a rush of high school students and parents/adults heading out for their work day, or mid afternoon when there are no other cars in the drive thru and maybe one car in the parking lot...you'll be waiting way too long for your order and it will almost always either taste bad or be incorrect in some way.
I have worked in coffee "fast food". There is really no reason this can reasonably be continuing to happen outside of poor training, poor order management, and maybe poor product?
This morning my mobile order placed before the rush took 30 minutes to complete. (3 drinks over ice, one hot sandwich, 2 donuts). My drink had almost no taste, again. Last week, it was missing ingredients I paid for and were on the sticker of my drink.
I cannot give this location any more passes on poor quality, wrong orders, and absurd waiting regardless of business flow. It is a waste of time and money to play roulette and hope you'll get something that justifies the money you spent. Make your own coffee at home or go to the Donut Connection or Starbucks...
Read moreYour service as a whole franchise absolutely blows. Like for the amount of money that you charge we as paying customers should have better service. I just left the franchise store in lower Burrell Pennsylvania where I was in the drive-through and there was three cars in front of me maybe four where I literally sat at the drive-through speaker in menu for roughly about 7 to 10 minutes. There were no cars in front of me this time. I was the only one sitting there cars behind me, but front of me in front was clearly all open so no cars so they had they’re done with them anyways mind you I sat at the speaker menu for 7 to 10 minutes I said hello once they said it will be right with you and continue to sit there for I don’t know how long but I said hello again and then they took my order pour up. The drive-through window order was $15. My order wasn’t even ready. I said at the drive-through window for about roughly 8 to 10 minutes for two donuts, an iced coffee. This is lower Burrell Pennsylvania. I also go to cranberry Township and I highly doubt that the Dunkin’ Donuts out will lower Burrow Pennsylvania get the amount of customers that the cranberry Township store does and I can say this the cranberry Township store has way better way better service. It may not be a drive-through, but I’m tired right now hands-down way better service and better staff. You guys have...
Read moreSame as others have mentioned with the drive thru/line management... I'm not sure what the store manager is doing here. They're either really understaffed or improperly trained.
They are lucky to have the business they do, several cars in line just got tired of waiting and pulled off. It's evident that they don't quite know how to prioritize drive thru orders effectively.
Ultimately, I had a half hour to burn so I said to my daughter, "hey let's see how long it'll take" so we pulled in the drive thru at 9:20am.
For the next 20 min we watched the car 5 cars ahead of us sit and wait to just give his order. Then, two people pulled out of line so there's only the three of us. In this time period, at least a dozen in-store orders are executed and those guests depart. At 30 min in, they finally take his order. Within the next 5 min, the car in front of me is done so it's looking up. I pull into the drive thru and am told to wait. I sit there until the 40 min mark with nothing.
Nothing.
At.
All.
So, I drive off without ordering as we are now late. I'm just going across the street though, and I drop my daughter off... 5min later I drive past and the people behind me STILL sitting waiting to place their order at the drive thru. 🤣
Wouldn't eat here if...
