My boyfriend and I pulled up to the drive speaker and sat for 5 minutes with no one taking or our order. We even said “Hello” multiple times and asked if they were open. Still no response, not even a “one second” or “I’m busy.” We were just going to leave figuring it was close to closing or whatever but we observed a truck pulling in a decided to see if they would take his order. He went to the same window we just pulled out of and they immediately started taking his order. We went through the other drive through and up to the front window to tell the worker that we were there waiting and if they could just take it our order there. She immediately cut us off and said “he pulled up before you so I took his order first.” We tried to explain that were there but weren’t getting responses so we pulled around but she cut us off, said she wasn’t taking our order, and walked away. We left not wanting to purchase anything and called so we could speak to the manager about the situation. As soon as my boyfriend tried to explain the manager started yelling at him and called us liars, saying we weren’t there and the truck was there first, and then hung up on us. I just cannot believe that these employees were so hostile immediately towards us and wouldn’t let us explain when we weren’t being accusatory at all we just wanted to order. We will be calling corporate about this incident.
Edit: If you search this place on Facebook there are a lot of horror stories of rude employees, high wait times, and many other negative situations. I guess I should have looked them up before going and we will...
Read moreThere was an issue in the drive thru, I already had a mobile order places for an iced coffee (as this was during my work break) I was waiting for the car in front of me to complete their order for close to 15 (not even kidding) minutes. I realized I would be late, so i called to ask if I could please just pick it up at the counter. They say that was fine and to come on in.
The boy at the counter, Tony, didn't know what to do and grabbed another employee, Leanne, who came and started to look through the computer. I let her know "I just spoke to someone 30 seconds to a minute ago on the phone" (to let her know the computer wouldn't know) I kid you not this 15 year old really says "calm down" I never yelled or raised my voice. She continued back and forth with me until a nice supervisor whose name I didn't know came over and told her to stop and that she told me to come in.
Then, I used their restroom. When I came back out, both Leanne and Tony continued to talk about me. "I'm still here." I said. Nobody said a word.
When I called, Lisa, the manager on duty, was also rude and completely unhelpful. When I asked why she didn't do anything she said it was because she never knew it occured, she was in the back.
There's so much wrong with this whole thing that I'm not even gonna break it down. But if you want good, hot food that is correct to your order, don't come here.
If you want basic human respect from those who serve you, don't come here.
If you don't have an extra 30 minutes to wait for your fast food order,...
Read moreThis staff between here and the entire way to Ohio is the most friendly! They smile& they do not act like they hate their lives bc they're at work. I notice a lot more than the average customer bc I worked in retail almost my entire life. I had to interview lots of ppl. In many fastfood take out windows...I'm sorry to say, but I never would have even hired more than half of them. This is not just at McDonald's. I had always been blessed in being able to find good employees that are 16yrs-24yrs (I worked at a clothing store however). Many ppl that age now, feel like they're "entitled" to everything and anything. That is not my opinion either. I know lots of hard working blue collar kids around that age and they actually are the ones that brought that to my attention. Not at this location. They're smiling, prompt and they know where to put their ppl based on their personality. That is a huge plus in a restaurant. U never want to hide the smiling friendliest employees in the background...and this place seems to put them front and center to deal with the public and that is the key. Keep up the...
