Tosco Brick Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Lower Heidelberg Township

I never leave reviews but the cashier who is supposedly the manager sure did meet the right one today. First off it was my first time at the pizzeria and i wanted to know if i could order pizza by the slice or if i needed to order a pan pie for myself. She asked me about 3 times if im staying or going like she didn’t want to waste HER time answering my question if i was going to be served. There was absolutely noone in front or behind me! And again she never answered my initial question. When i saw the waitress wasn’t around i ordered 2 slices to go hoping she would answer my question but she said ok and i also asked for water which shr then told me the waitress would get for me! Never in my 30+ years of life did a waitress bring me a to go order unless they are right there and fell like helping the front staff. The waitress finally made her way to the front where i had to shout bc she was by the eating area and nowhere near the exit where i was waiting for my drink. I get to work and my pizza is close frozen! So i called obviously and when i got there and as i was leaving she tells me to “have a good day bc u need it” well yeah after the horrible experience with the supposed manager who does not know how to even SERVE a pizza or a drink! On my lunch break!… This girl was on the heavy side and was wearing a pound of makeup and a pony tail. If she is in reality the manager, it would be very disappointing. Not to me bc i don’t plan on ever...

I actually had to come back to my review to take away a star. The food is okay depending on who makes it. However, the lost of a star was actually due to the attudies of the front staff.

I ordered from the wrong toscos, should have double checked the location, my bad. Went to this one and the staff was very helpful! I was actually surprised because they offered to cancel my other order, make it there, etc. I was impressed!

Unfortunately as I was waiting for my food the manager and the boy who was with her at the front of the desk, apparently, had comments to say about this.......I was confused by the comments because they where the ones to offer to fix everything with me saying nothing about the matter! but stood there and complained about it?

I get being frustrated about customers but they could have simply said cannot help you or went to the back to complain or better yet...waited until no one could over hear you.

However, they did the Myerstown location a favor because I refuse to ever go back to...

This will be the second time this has happened to me at this place. I stopped in on my way home to grab 2 slices of plain pizza for my 11 year old daughter and a salad for myself. It was 6pm, they close at 10:30 on a Friday. When I placed my order, they told me the slices would have to be Sicilian since they had no more neopolitin pizza left. I asked them what time they closed and they said 10:30. I asked if they couldn't make a pie for slices and they immediately replied with "no, it's too late for that". Whatever happened to treating paying customers with a bit more respect, and satisfying the needs of a paying customer? Well, they lost my business, and a lot of other business since I've told numerous friends about it. We will now be going to 10 West in Wernersville....
