If you have another storage option then choose it instead. Nothing against the staff and customer service, both were fine. It's the false security and the guaranteed annual rent increases that make this place not for you. Posted all around the gate and the front entrance are signs saying Smile You Are On Camera. That statement is only true for the front gate, which is already secured by pass code, and nowhere else. So anyone can climb the fence, break locks, and raid your unit. Want to know how I know? Because it happened to me! Know what management did about it? Nothing... except implement a now required additional monthly storage insurance fee. If that additional fee is not enough, the rental rate is guaranteed to go up every year even though the staff will tell you it will not. I was with Storage World for around 10 years and the rate went from around $80 per month to around $160 per month when I left. I have another unit with Wolfe's Rental in Sinking Spring that I started renting back in 2002. That unit started at $60, then went to $80 about 5 yrs later, then up to $90 another 10 yrs later, and just went up to $110 recently. No hidden fees. In addition, I have never had a break-in into my unit. Not only is the gate pass code protected, but the staff actually watches the through traffic. So if you are looking for a friendly staff, by all means put your money into Storage World; but if you are looking to safely store your stuff and things without paying more every year to do so then go...

I would highly recommend Storage World in Robesonia if looking for a place to store your personal items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were prompt in getting communication out well in advance when the rental rate was going to be increased. Even with the increase Storage World is still by far the least expensive, very clean and great customer service. Thank you everyone who has helped me out over the past year...

I cleaned out my unit on a Saturday over a Holiday weekend, and Monday morning before I even had a chance to call the office, they emailed me a receipt confirming that I would not be billed any further. Excellent service! It can be a trick to track them down because the same person manages multiple sites, but clearly they are on top of things. Never had any issues - Definitely recommend them and would use them again...
