After reading the negative reviews I was nervous to come here, but my experience was pretty positive. The girls did talk in Spanish amongst themselves but they weren’t saying anything bad about the customers.

The girl who took my order was pretty soft spoken, but she did say “next” or “how can I help you.” They didn’t have any Cookies n Cream ice cream for my Cappy Blast but she offered me any other flavor of ice cream. She also made sure to check if I wanted caramel, mocha, etc.

She gave me a receipt and called out the last two digits of my number when it was ready. The line was long but my Cappy Blast came out quickly. It would’ve been 5 stars, but their ice cream flavors were pretty limited when I went.

If your dream is 31 flavors, this is not the location for you. There are only slots for 8 flavors, and at the time of this review, there were only 5 flavors in the case. They did have pre packed quarts of flavors that were not available there at the time. It's combined with Dunkin' Donuts. This is at a rest stop that you can only get to northbound off of the turnpike, so it takes you outta ur way south to come back north to go to this particular rest area for Baskin Robbins, it's crazy. My GPS had no name for the exit for this rest stop, so I was driving to an undisclosed location for non-existent ice cream. Drove 66 miles to get there to have nothing I wanted available. I...
