This is directed to the online ordering, and NOT to this location. However, Google Maps doesn't offer that distinction for 'Reviews'.
Ordered a KitchenAid mixer on 5.Apr, which still hasn't arrived and the communication in the intervening time has been extremely poor. Five issues: 1) Not easy to find a call number on any of the email correspondence or order tracking information on the website; 2) Unhelpful handling of delayed shipping issues that clearly favor Target and not the paying customer. When I did find a phone number a few days after the first email informing that it would not arrive on the promised day, the first level service rep could not cancel the order, would not pass me to someone that would, and asked me to simply wait until the item arrived at the store for me to return the order; 3) Most recent email was about 14.Apr informing me that the order was now scheduled to arrive on 16.Apr and that a confirmation email would arrive - it is now 24.May and no such email. The online system suggests that the item has arrived, but it hasn't, and it also tells me that it is in processing. There is confusion in the system. I get it - processes fail; however, then it is up to the promise giver who failed [i.e. the store] to remedy as quickly and painless as possible. Target's system does not do this.; 4) They charged my credit card, but have not fulfilled the item. I get it. That charge normally happens when shipped, but in the context of these events, this adds insult to injury; and, 5) Called customer support again on 24.May, first level support repeated that they cannot help; however, Chris did agree to escalate me to "Tier 2" support. Alaya at Tier 2 reversed the credit card charge, confirmed that the item is lost, and did cancel the order. When I started to calmly ask for who I should contact to express concerns about this process, she hung up on me. I get it, that's not a pleasant thing to hear that one's firm has made some disappointing choices; however, customer service is the broker between the customer and the firm to facilitate information flow. I was not yelling, swearing, or disrespectful. It is a disappointing choice that Alaya made to hang up.
Since the Target website offers ZERO outlet for communicating concerns such as these, then my only choice is to communicate in a public forum, such as this.
Remember, Target, customers' lives...
Read moreit's a well known fact the only things worth buying at Target are discounted clearance items. but for the most part their clearance clothing is 15 to 25$?! All they ever have in styles are super wide leg pants and short wide cut everything. their sizes are all mixed together with xxs sandwiched in between xxl and that's not just in clearance section. there is little organization to any of the sections. Often you will find single or double count of a new max price item on a rack with other items at full price completely unrelated in style shirts next to pants smalls next to xl. etc today I found a pair of size 12 shorts only 3/4 of an inch less waist width as the sz 17 exact same short/brand. so I got sz 12 shorts today that was new.... Found a clearance table today completely surrounded by mannequins and other things and you could only reach the clothing from one end. yes it was on the floor for shoppers. many items don't have prices and it's somehow completely the role of shopp3r to go to service desk to get it priced. they never offer to tag it. you have to ask what the price is then separately ask if they can put a tag on it. but I never do bc these items are like basic t shirts or cloth lounge shorts with ugly prints only I like (I know bc it's still there a month after I originally found it) in the clearance section that are secretly 30$. The ambiance and branding of the store is finally unable to conceal its over hypeness. we patiently waited for this store to tank and it finally is. I try to avoid shopping @ 🎯 for the most part these days. their app never has any worthwhile coupons or deals and if you spend money there you don't get points or anything! I'll give them an extra 🌟 for always stocking up on Ollie pop tho👾 had the 🍋 lime best drink I've had...
Read moreTonight my husband and I went to Target to buy our first crib for our little baby on the way! Our experience was absolutely amazing!! We went up to customer service first to make sure the crib was in stock where Riley greeted us and was happy to help! She said she would go in the back and have someone bring the crib up to load it in our car for us! We had a couple visa gift cards that were giving us some trouble when we were trying to pay which made us start to feel upset but the reassurance we received from the staff was a breath of fresh air! Riley, Samantha, Aaron and Matt all teamed up to help resolve the issue looking for different ways to make it work for us! While most people would have gotten impatient with us they did not make us feel like that for one second and after about an hour we finally purchased our first crib! When we pulled our car up Samantha, Riley, Aaron and Matt were all outside waiting for us with excitement making sure the crib got safely in our car waved us goodbye and wish us the best of luck! Honestly, we are so blown away by the customer service, teamwork and professionalism! Thank you for making this...
