We have limited einstein bagels in NY so whenever i visit my sister in PA i always try to get gourmet bagels with jalapenos and spinach, this Dec 24th i drove around 30 min from Bensalem to this store in snow and i had very bad experience with server name Kim my purchase was worth $37.40 i requested her bagel box with 12 bagels and 2 tubs for cream and cheese i asked for jalapenos and spinach mostly but she was rude in a way of saying like she doesn't have any more spinach i said i can wait if you can make since i come once or twice a year in PA i really wanted to have it but she said no she can't make even if i wait it was only 11AM. Then i said ok give me 4 jalapenos those were at screen she said she can't give me all 4 as she might get door dash orders and she wanted to save for them. She said she can't give all gourmet orders even though i said i am willing to pay extras. One more thing there were spinach bagels on the rack came out of oven and she said those are for the customer but she could have given me those or could have make new one as i was willing to wait. It felt like her body language was saying she wasn't happy to serve me at all it felt like she was being resist or doing...

The app was easy to use. There are a lot of flavor options. Some are an extra fee including the one I opted for, the hash brown bagel. I ordered it toasted with plain cream cheese and a bottle of Diet Coke. They do not have fountain soda, which is something I love.

The first thing I noticed was the bagel was cut how I liked it. It was nicely toasted and the cream cheese smear was heavy handed and delicious. The hash brown topping was good but it wasn't through out the bagel. Made me wish I had tried the French toast option. The size of the bagel was large and it was very filling .

I love Einstein. They are my favorite bagels. My father in law got me hooked 20 years ago. The spinach florentine is the best ever. Their rewards program is second to none. If you’re not using it, you’re missing out on so many great deals. I’ve been going there for so long, my old land line phone number is my registered rewards number. So many members there know me by first name. They always make me feel welcome and they take care of me. I visit usually twice a week. The vanilla hazelnut coffee is my favorite of all time. From free coffee on the app, to bakers dozen deals on Mondays, to free sandwiches on your birthday, it’s rare I get something without some rewards deal.
