We stayed from Thursday, February 27th - Sunday, March 1st, 2020. The establishment had ample parking and was very clean. The front desk staff was always polite and very attentive. Housekeeping staff never returned greetings, although they performed their cleaning tasks well- no complaints. We took full advantage of the indoor pool, hot tub, and gym areas. Each morning we went downstairs for the wonderful FREE breakfast buffet (hot and cold options). My husband and son dined on scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, bagel with cream cheese, and orange juice. I feasted on fresh cut pineapple, strawberries and grapes, yogurt, a boiled egg, toasted oat bread, and orange juice. There was also waffles, cold cereal, hot oatmeal, fresh bananas, and more! There is one person who made our stay stand-out fantastic! We have never been to Langhorne, PA. My husband had to drive back to Philadelphia, PA Thursday evening after checking us into the hotel. He had to be to work early Friday morning, and the drive from the hotel would have been a bit much before work. Traveling back to the hotel Friday evening after work, he got lost. I took my cell down to the front desk with my husband on speaker. His navigation had stopped working and it was after 9pm. An assistant manager named Jose was working that night. This man was polite, attentive and smiling from beginning to end. Not a fake smile, but I could tell he was simply being himself- GENUINE! On the phone with my husband, he took his time ensuring he understood the directions back to the hotel. He also took great care of me and my son, catering to our needs- toiletries and questions about various amenities offered. He was that one person who made our stay perfect and relaxing by going above and beyond! Thank you to ALL of the great staff, but a special THANK YOU to Jose! *We were in room 128 on Thursday. Friday afternoon we were moved to room 228 for the remainder of our stay (construction happening).

Read moreMy vacation and stay here was interrupted by quite a few inconveniences. First, our toilet was not flushing properly, which was quickly resolved. But then, our sink was also leaking. Again, this was quickly resolved, but very inconvenient. The next thing that was extremely annoying was the fact that the clearance from the toilet to the bathroom door was very narrow. Many families visit here, and my toddler needed me very quickly. I left the door ajar. When I got up to get to him, I banged my eye into the door resulting in a split eyebrow and black eye that was very painful for the rest of my vacation. This ruined my stay. I was not going to complain to the manager, but I lost my patience once our groceries were thrown out by the housekeeping staff on check out day. I told her we were leaving in 15 minutes to go to sesame place, and will return for our things just before checkout time. She threw them all away. Over $100 worth of food that we were planning on taking home with us in our cooler. The sales manager was only able to compensate points for our stay. I find this really disagreeable considering everything we went through. I must add that there were some questionable people in the parking lot who would make passes at me every single time I went to our car without my husband. This isn’t the staff’s fault per say, but they should be more diligent about observing who is around the building. Needless to say, I will NOT be staying here again, nor will I recommend this hotel as a family friendly place to anyone I know with children who want to visit Sesame Place with their families. It did not feel family friendly or safe to us at all upon...
Read moreWe had a wonderful visit to this hotel. This is the perfect hotel for families visiting the area, especially those making the trip to Sesame Place.||The breakfast buffet, complimentary hotel Sesame Place shuttle, and all suite style rooms made for a wonderful experience AND saved us money. The staff were kind and helpful, and the extra Sesame Street decorations around the hotel were a plus. ||The onsite laundry came in handy when we got ourselves in a crunch, but I would recommend packing detergent even if you don't originally plan to use the laundry room. We had to buy from the hotel which was costly, you also have to prepay a min. of $10 on the card to utilize the machines no matter if you need less for your load. However, desperate times called for desperate measures!||We booked a room with a bedroom door, which made all the difference in the evenings when the kids had a different bedtime or we wanted them to sleep in. ||The indoor pool looked a bit cloudy/dirty when we visited, however, we did go only in the evening so it's possible that they clean it each morning and we were only seeing it at the end of a day of use. ||We didn't get a chance to utilize all of the amenities, but the outdoor seating, grill, firepit, and basketball court...
