Stayed here for 3 nights as a package with our Sesame Place deal. The hotel is only 3 minutes away from Sesame Place through car and is accessible to the Oxford Mall, which includes many stores and restaurants to satiate yourself. However, there is a huge lounge and eating area inside, alongside a mini market, to acquire food from if you don't want to travel far. We never bought food from the Bistro so I cannot comment on that, but the mini market was quite pricey (though convenient). We would rather drive to the nearest Target (which was 6 minutes away) to buy a pint for $4-$5 than the same pint for $12 here. The staff was communicative, patient, and receptive to our minor issues and numerous trips downstairs for extra coffee cups and sugar packets. The pool was a highlight, always being clean and with towels and lawn chairs conveniently at the side. The rooms themselves were incredibly clean, as well as the bathroom. We had absolutely no issue with spacing and were able to fit all of our items within the cabinets and on the shelving provided around the sink and shower. The air conditioner worked perfectly, and we were able to shift from hot to cold instantly. I, personally, did not enjoy the pillows (nor did my brother) since we would practically be sinking into them. However, I still received a good night's sleep. The rooms come with an extra blanket in the closet on the top shelf which we used for our 5th person. Overall, my family and I had an amazing experience here

I stayed here 2 weeks ago because we went to sesame place. I was really trying to find a hotel close enough that was clean and not expensive . And let me tell u . This is NOT a u get what u pay for situation you actually get moree bang for ur buck. The hotel and rooms are super clean it’s smells fresh when u walk in ur room !! The lobby area has lounge spots to relax and chill with the family and an outdoor chill area. They have their own bar little convenience store and they have STARBUCKSS!!! I really was excited for the pool because I wanted my daughter to enjoy the one night stay and the pool was VERY clean. The only reason I did not give the hotel 5 stars is because the room where the pool is in is very chilly so even though the water was warm the air was cold and you couldn’t last long . But overall it was close to many restaurants walkable and to shopping .

The place was under construction while we were there 12/22/24 - 12/26/24. We were not informed that the hotel would be under construction & we were still charged full price. The place smells of mold & mildew. It's the worst in the hallways, but our room smelled, too. Upon arrival, we were informed that I'd reserved with a request for no housekeeping. That is not true. I did not request no housekeeping. I did request a handicapped room, which we were given, but there was no shower seat. I called the front desk & they brought one. They said they keep them locked up because people steal them. ??? Seriously? Maybe they should install wall mounted seats like most hotels have. The have No Coffee or Tea for guests. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't have coffee in the lobby available for their guests. Every hotel I've ever stayed in offers coffee & tea for guests. Not here. No breakfast, or even continental breakfast for guests unheard of! They do have a restaurant where you can buy coffee & breakfast. We weren't about to pay additional to get coffee or food. We bought our own coffee & half and half, and used the 1-cup Keurig coffee maker in the room so we could have morning coffee.

There were some positives. The room was large & it was easy to move around. It had the largest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room & the bed was pretty comfortable. We were happy to have the Keurig & there was also a small refrigerator. The positives end there.

There are tiny little bedside tables, barely able to hold items you might want to keep handy, such as tissues, a phone & a drink. There's a trash can in the bathroom that accepts trash & recycling in two different compartments. That's something I've never seen before & I think it's a nice idea. But there's no trash can by the desk/table that hold the coffee maker, ice bucket & glasses. We ended up taking one of the trash can inserts out & using it by the table for easy disposal of K-Cups & food related refuse.

The staff people were very nice & tried to be accommodating, but it didn't overcome the negatives we encountered. I will never stay here again. We visit the area frequently because we have family in the area. In the future, we'll definitely choose another hotel to stay. Seriously, no coffee for your guests? And we should definitely have been informed that the hotel was under construction & given some sort of discount for the inconvenience & lack of breakfast options. I've paid half the price we paid for this hotel & had 24/7 coffee...

The staff here was very nice, pleasant, as helpful as they could be. The location of the hotel was convenient to Sesame Place (why we were there), and they offer a free shuttle there, which was nice. We got the suite with a living room and bedroom, so our kids could have a separate space at night. We are glad we got the 2 rooms for sleeping purposes, but overall, there are better hotels in Langhorne for less money with more amenities. First, breakfast is not included. Fine, but for almost $200, it seems like it would be nice. It cost us $30 for 3 kids' meals and 1 adult breakfast meal. This was all good. We also ordered dinner food from the hotel for 2 adult meals and it was also around $30. The food was also good.

  1. POOL: We were disappointed with the small size of the pool and the bad state it was in. It was really gross and dirty at the bottom, old, peeling off. We did swim in it because we were there, but I was grossed out being in it because of the state it was in. It was small too, but we can deal with that. We still had fun, but it got VERY loud when a few other families came in, because it is so small.
  2. BATHTUB: The bathtub in our suite was dirty, black and gray on the bottom of the tub. I didn't report this, but I probably should have. We had the kids stand up and we just rinsed them, as I didn't want them sitting in it. I was surprised to see such a dirty tub at a somewhat nice hotel. I think a lot of it was just caked in there, not fresh dirt. But still. Not appealing to see.
  3. LIVING ROOM: It was spacious and fine.
  4. BED: The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. It was really hard, but not firm in a good way. It was hard, as in a really cheap mattress. I barely slept all night. I honestly felt like I pulled an "all nighter." Worst night of sleep at any hotel in as long as I can remember. I am a light sleeper though, so some might find this bed just fine. My husband slept horribly too though.
  5. HEATING: A loud old heater that when it would reach the desired temp, it would click off. And then, maybe 3 minutes later, when it cooled down 1 degree lower (it was right by the windows), it would start up again LOUDLY. There was no way I could sleep through that, on and off, on and off. The living room system could be set to stay on fan, but the bedroom one could not. I even had someone look at it from the hotel and they said unfortunately, no, that one couldn't do that. Again, others might not...
