Manager is terrible here. I asked if they served halal food, he said yes. I asked if I could see the certificate because I wanted to make sure the food is Halal, it is a very serious religious matter for the food to be halal for me. And he threw his shoulders down and stood in silence for 2 mins. Then started rambling about how I am racist for asking for a halal certificate. He rambled on victimizing himself just because I asked him to show me a certificate which is part of his job, if people can ask for an inspection certificate and the workers HAVE to show it then why was it a big deal to start rambling when asked about a halal certificate. We asked for halal certificate because not many people know what halal meat is in America and not everyone in America is muslim its not a very common concept that everybody knows which is okay, it is my responsibility to figure out if its halal or not. He choose to make himself a victim by saying I respect all the cultures but halal meat not a cultural thing, it is a RELIGIOUS thing. Moreover he went on saying he is Muslim himself so I don’t understand why it was such a big deal for him to show the certificate and throw a fit at a CUSTOMER. He should know the religious importance of halal meat and that its not a cultural thing if he is claiming to be muslim. Matter of fact he went on being racist back to me, saying the owner of this place looks like you from one of the countries you’re from.

Every Hangry Joes I have ever been too had their halal certificate hanging which keeps me at peace that I am eating according to my religious requirements but this place did not have it at all.

We did not stay to get food because this man was all for victimizing himself rather than providing the customer service he was...

It's a very simple and beautiful thing. I use the website to order ahead and by the time I drive there (10 minutes), the food is coming out.

The food is absolutely elite. Best chicken sandwich of my life and I would push over several grandmas to get in line for the loaded fries. The people with negative reviews on here talking about "bad service" are absolute whiners -- walk in, pay, grab your food, and move along -- if you can't manage that you probably shouldn't leave the house to begin with.

The manager is extremely friendly, reasonable, and very amenable. I messed up my order and he very quickly cleared it up and helped me get things sorted. This kind of service and attentiveness is dead elsewhere in America and for anyone to slander such an upstanding restaurant is...

The food is great - flavorful and similar to what you'd expect if you were in Nashville. However, they didn't follow our heat level choices. Everyone got hot when we requested 1 no heat, 1 medium, and 1 hot. Not the kind of mistake a hot chicken place should make.

As someone who enjoys spice, "hot" is very hot so tread carefully!
