I went into the Whole Foods Wynnewood, PA location on 4/30/24 at 7:37 p.m. and ordered one Chili Cheese Fries for $8.79 with added fresh jalapeños and added sour cream (added $2 and $1 respectively) and one Garden Greek Salad for $6.99 with 2 added side sauces for an added $1. I paid at the screen with my debit card and waited over 20 minutes (this is Tuesday and not crowded) before going to the counter. There were 2 guys working and they seemed to be confused. It appeared that my fries were sitting in a bag but the older guy told the younger one to get my salad. They never called me and my fries were lukewarm. Then, my food was walked over to where I am sitting to eat inside and I was missing jalapeños which I paid extra for. I handed the younger guy my receipt which it clearly had my complete order on it and he still questioned me multiple times about my missing jalapeños as if confused, and then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted them as if I am just supposed to give Plant Burger free money! The older guy mumbled a weak "sorry bout that" which did not seem authentic and I walked away feeling like a complaining diva only because I asked for what I paid for. There was no urgency nor sincerity in their service. This is my second visit to this business and my last. I tried to include my pictures to prove my visit and show how little you get for the added items (it's a scam!), but I can't. I will save them and my receipt in case a rep cares...
Read moreThat’s a lot of money for a burger this size. The pictures on the posters look way better! I can hold it with one hand and I have small hands.
It was good tho, lol
Update!!!!! I walked into the Whole Foods and they were giving out 2 versions of the meatless “chicken”. One was mushroom based and another one was soy based I believe. They were both good! So when they offered a reward sandwich for downloading the app, I had to do it. When I tell you that spicy “chicken“ sandwich did not disappoint… It was yummy to the last bite. I felt like I could always deal with a meatless burger patty, but the chicken always seemed a little weird to me. But if you want your Chick-fil-A fix without your blood pressure going up or that heavy full feeling, come get this “chicken” sandwich. Yum, yum and yum! B, I guess, owner that was handing out the samples was so kind and listened to my thoughts about the samples. That made me want to get the reward sandwich and it made the experience even better. Well done! I will be back. My only issue that I will take up with this delicious sandwich is that the sandwich all by itself is around $12. Normally when I go to Chick-fil-A I can get fries and a drink too. But at the same time I was satisfied, not hungry. So it was worth it to not have my blood pressure go up. I definitely was satisfied. I just wish I got more for my money. but what I got for my money was definitely enough so it’s like 6 for 1, half...
Read moreI left three messages at the Wynnewood store on three different days and am waiting for a call back. I placed an order and was called about one of the ingredients not being available for over a year. I don't know why it was still on the online menu. I said I was okay with the substitute offered. I was then told there were two additional dishes that I did not order. I asked for them to be removed. The person who called me said he'd talk to 'her' about removing the extra charges. My bill included the two dishes I'd ordered, as well as the two extra dishes, which were sent. I had to give the two extra dishes away since I would not be able to use them. I'm still waiting for a call back to arrange for a refund and to clear this up. I RECEIVED A REPLY TO MY MESSAGE. IN IT, I WAS GIVEN AN EMAIL ADDRESS. TO DATE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL. I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AT THE RESTAURANT WHO WAS 'GOING TO GET BACK TO ME'....
