Good evening. Sharing this review because I could not, in good conscience, walk away from the experience without letting others know (as ashamed as I am at staying)....that there mouse droppings in the restaurant when we visited. I saw 3 to 4 of them in the high chair where my child was playing and then on the floor near the soda dispenser after we ordered. (I'm known for an eagle eye but I have NEVER actually seen droppings in a restaurant before which makes think it ia a HUGE problem there and/or they don't care.) I pointed out the droppings to the manager and he proceeded to explain that they just had the exterminator out the day before and this has been an issue because of the establishment next door (that he pointed out, Tiffin). Side note, I will be looking up Tiffin's inspection report as well. Whatever the case, I was concerned that there was no urgency about wiping these areas down. I am more disturbed though that in my shock and through my disgust (and my partner's lack thereof), we still ate some of the food. (No worries, I am internally beating myself up.) I'm gonna make a report to the montco health department. I looked up the attached article while I nibbled on the original crispy sandwich. My partner liked his food (cheeseburger and sweet potato fries). I couldn't focus. If not for the mouse droppings, I would give the restaurant/food 3 stars. It's a burger place like Smash. That's it. P.s. Dear management, I am a real customer and you do not have to respond encouraging me to write to an email address about my experience. My thoughts are here. Thanks.

I was looking for an affordable place to eat for a family of 3 and this place popped up for recommended places. I read the reviews and only saw one recent review that was good. So we took our chances and came here! To my surprise it was just as I expected, the prices are affordable and the food was good andddd the fountain sodas are real sodas made with cane sugar which is a plus in my book! Although they do offer family meals we decided to go off road and order Al la cart! Great decision I got the regular chicken sandwich which was done to perfection with a pretzel bun, my fiancé got the M2O burger and he said it was very delicious. You also have the option to upgrade to a meal, which is amazing! Altogether we spent about $30 which imo was a good price for what we ordered! This will not be the last time coming here. And to top it off the staff was amazing and kind! Check it out for yourself, you will like it!

I only want to say good things about this local burger place in Wynnewood. You place your order at the kiosks as you walk up to the counter. Their burgers are best described as "smash" burgers so as with most burgers prepared this way they are well done and a little crispy along the edges. As the store name says, your burger can be *M*ade *2* *O*rder. They also have several burgers you can order off the menu. I ordered the Village Burger (Bacon, Mushrooms, Lettuce, Tomato, Goat Cheese). It was good. My friend ordered the m2o Burger (Onion Ring, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, m2o Sauce). We also ordered sweet potato fries (fantastic!) and a couple "New Hope" fountain drinks. Total cost was $25 and change. So, final assessment... good burger, great fries. The "burger market" is quite full these days, I wish them only success!

I used to order here often. Want to help a local small business. That said after 10-20 prior orders, I will not come back here. It is absolutely disgusting inside. There is (seemingly) no vent system and it reeks of grease inside. It is not a one off, has happened a few times in a row. I don't think they clean the grill, the food tastes burnt. My grilled chicken was horrible thankfully they put a whole bottle of BBQ sauce on it so I wouldn't have to taste the grease laden, dirty grill, grilled chicken.

Frankly I question if it is even safe for the employees there to breathe this in for their shift, is it? (Maybe so, I have no idea). The employees are nice so there's that.

If they remedy this I would return. It used to be good. Now I sit at home, my clothes smell of grease for waiting inside for 10 minutes (because my food was not ready on time). I will instead order from the national chain nearby as this does not happen when I order from them, never has. It is also pleasant to eat inside there, here it would be horrible to dine in at.

To the owner- do better, make sure your employees are trained in cleaning. Make sure there is ventilation. It seems they are not cleaning the grill enough. The excuse cannot be that the employee was not trained, that is your job to make sure the staff makes the food safely, cleans well, and conditions are safe for...
