Crumbl — Restaurant in Lower Merion Township

Crumbl cookies is one of my favorite things ever but this specific location needs to get under control…. It’s actually awful. The amount of times I have ordered here and it was terribly wrong is uncountable. I’ve ordered delivery and got completely wrong orders. I’ve gotten cookies that were missing toppings multiple times and always wait forever. I once received a frosted sugar cookie and I was given a very thin, hard crunchy cookie with no frosting. Crumbl is know for the think and dense cookies and what I got was the complete opposite.

Tonight I placed an order at 6:45 and it’s 8:38 currently and have not received them. This is no wrong doing on my door dasher either. The dasher said he’s being waiting there and it’s still not ready. I tried calling the store multiple times to cancel the order but they will not answer. I don’t only struggle with delivery orders, whenever I go into the store, there are 15+ people waiting and I have watched the employees give wrong orders to door dashers. I’ve been handed orders with other people’s names name on.

Please hire new employees or get your management under control because it’s a disgrace and I’m not normally one to complain, this is my first google review...

Every time I come to this location I’m always let down. Either the presentation is off or The flavor is just not there . I’ve Been to multiple Crumbl franchises and they all pretty much taste the same except this one. To be exact the banana pudding I had was very bitter the bananas weren’t ripe at all it was not sweet nor yellow or a tinge of yellow it was a pale white color . (I tried at another location and fell in love with it. It looked nothing like nor tasted nothing like this location ) I bought 2 of them hoping to love them still but to my surprise it was so nasty. Thinking maybe 1 was just a bad batch; No they both were disgusting . It was just whipped cream and unripe bananas with a few cookie pieces , no pudding whether that be vanilla or banana flavored it was missing !!!!! With this location costing more than the other franchises it’s very mediocre and I’m highly disappointed .I keep trying to give them the chance to get it right but they haven’t yet . I hope they get...

Amazing. Moist inner texture but nice crunch outside. Tastes amazing and the cookies are very thick. Friendly staff and fast service. Cookies were warm when I got them. Somehow the cookies disappeared very quickly once they arrived home. Worth the price and calorie hit, but I'm off for a run... Need to burn off the Neopolitan (the strawberry frosting was amazing). The cookies tasted like they were almost melted (in the best way possible - soft and fresh), as in opposite of stale. Also, the insides were fully cooked but is reminiscent of warmed cookie dough. I loved the walnut chocolate chip as well, which could hold up to the Neopolitan (and has much less sugar!). We devoured these cookies, and I don't even like cookies usually, but these were great! I guess they lived up...
