Hello Google Family!! I was looking for a breakfast spot today since I am always hungry after working out at Planet Fitness. I googled breakfast options and I came up with this place. I have never visited this place before, I have always been in the area, since my bank is in the area. I parked and then I started talking to people in the parking lot. I saw two people and I gave them my business card for fitness after 50 and then I gave them an Avon book. Then I went inside and I saw Olivia. She goes to the Planet Fitness that I go to. It was great to see her. I did not know that she worked there. We got to talking and I told her I was a Google guide and the manager said it was alright for me to take photos and I did just that. I took a lot of photos as my review reflects. I liked the place. There is a lot of room there and there are plenty of tables there to sit and eat and talk. I liked the way that it is set up. The employees there are nice and friendly. The food is delicious!! I enjoyed the fact that they have low calorie items to select from since I am a Personal Trainer and Coach and I need to watch what I eat. I asked Olivia to recommend something, keeping in mind low calorie and my profession. They have healthy choice items, from the griddle, egg-sclusives, omelets and frittatas, power bowls, sides and small plates, salads and sandwiches and beverages. I love it that they use a juicer and they juice daily as their menu suggests. I decided on the watermelon wake-up as a beverage, which consisted of watermelon, pineapple, lime and mint. I decided on the power bowl of power breakfast quinoa bowl, which consisted of protein packed quinoa, italian sausage, house-roasted Crimini mushrooms and tomatoes, kale, parmesan and Evoo. You can get this with eggs or not. I opted for no eggs. This is only 860 calories, my kind of light breakfast. I decided on take out and I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast today and I will definitely be back. Good bye...
Read moreWent there 8am today cause it's one of my favorite places to eat. Kimberly was my server she wasn't friendly didn't greet me with a hello. Took my drink order as I ordered oatmeal and protein wrap with million dollar potatoes without bacon. She put order in as she came walking pass I asked if I could get honey dijon dressing brown one she goes to the kitchen and bring back yellow mustard I say that's not the one. She says they're all out of it they don't have any. Well now I can't enjoy my wrap without dressing so later on I ask one of the other servers he goes tell Kimberly I want her as I look up I say you want me to cash out cause she just stood there never said anything then she said he said you wanted me. I say can you go back and check to see if they have any honey dijon dressing she goes back to the kitchen with an attitude cause now she have to ask. I see her back there talking and shaking her head side to side asking the cook. Then she goes over to counter gets to containers with lids and guess what's in them.. Honey dijon dressing that I ask her for in the beginning she said was all out of. As I prepare to leave I ask for a container for my wrap she brings me the smallest one no bag. So I wrap my muffin up in a napkin and put it in my pocket while holding 2 of the honey dijon dressing and my container. As I get to register one of the other young ladies bring me a bag which I thought was really nice being that she wasn't my server who didn't care if I dropped my food. I usually leave good tips but today Kimberly didn't...
Read moreMy friend and I arrived around 11:15AM and we were greeted promptly and seated at an open table. However, a server didn't arrive to take our order for 20 minutes after we were seated. No big deal, since my friend and I who works for channel 10 NBC news were engaging in a deep and meaningful conversation. Though, this is how situations like this can get out of hand. Now, after our order was taken and the food arrived, there was a 2x2 inch sticker that was cooked into the potatoes of my, “Classic Breakfast.” Since the meeting was arranged by my friend, he was disgusted about what had transpired and immediately ran to get the manager. To be honest, I wouldn't have said anything since I've seen the movie Waiting in the past. Things happen, and everyone makes mistakes. I've been in the service industry before when I was younger and I understand bad days can occur. What prompted me to write this review is that I feel the manager really didn't care that a dirty sticker was found in my cooked food. If so, he wouldn't have charged us for the meal that was only 10% eaten between the both of us, and shown more empathy during our conversation at the register. If I was a known VIP, he probably would have been more attentive. Sorry to say, I feel compelled to post my experience online and I probably will not visit another First Watch again. See a photo of the...
