Well this place has better food than some other Mexican restaurants in the area, unfortunately they need serious help on every other aspect. The atmosphere was very odd, almost like you went to eat at a friend's house and they let their kids host it. It took 20 minutes to get our mixed drinks from a bar that didn't have even one customer then I was brought a cup of warm tap water with no ice. One waitress is standing around scratching her scalp ,while some kid guy was walking back and forth dropping his phone, coughing in his hand then wiping his mouth before grabbing another tables drinks. There is so much going on in the dining room that I wasn't sure if I was at an event due to the photo opp section they have set up,or in a souvenir shop due to the display of make up and key chains that you can purchase next to the kitchen. It is all over the place, they did a nice job fixing it up inside but I think the owner is trying too hard and has put too many different ideas in one place where they don't fit. It was clear there is no floor manager,or anyone in charge at all. I heard one waitress tell 3 of her tables that 2 drinks were free for Father's Day yet we were charged. They food was good but it all came out cold. All in all we will not go back,it's a shame too cuz with a little bit of effort I believe this place could be very successful, until then we will have to keep trying to find a legitimate Mexican restaurant in the area. Best of luck with everything, your gunna need it.....i have 30 years of restaurant experience so I can pretty much see right away where things could improve so that you can be a success story, your food is the closest to authentic that I have had since leaving California 30 years ago,so no problem there, you just need to get better/trained staff and a GM,best of luck to you

Ate here with a party of 5, none of us were really impressed with the food. But we had to try because we all love Mexican food. The one person with us, studied in culinary in Mexico for a number of years. She was very un-impressed with her beef tacos. In the photo, you will see an impressively large dish, it was stuffed with so much, it was nice to look at, haha. If this place would've served cocktails, and we were able to get some margaritas or other adult beverages, we might consider trying it again. But to have a restaurant with a full bar, and no alcohol to serve is pointless. Yeah, it's BYOB, but I was traveling from Delaware for a photo job in the area and the last thing I wanted to do was run to a beer distributor or liquor store. Thr regular cheese dip is super boring, we got thay plus the chorizo cheese dip. The chorizo cheese dip was decent. I remember when this place was Cuttlios and you could get a good meal and drinks! Times change, places change, oh well. We were the only people in the restaurant, I guess that should have been a clue.

Restaurants, like any new business, undergo a steep learning curve. I beg of you, remember this when you try a spot that’s just opened. The complex symphony of a restaurant's operation—kitchen efficiency, front-of-house coordination, and customer service—requires time to harmonize. Every restaurant is a unique ecosystem with its rhythms and dynamics. Initial slow service or mistakes are often not a reflection of a lack of effort or care but rather the natural process of finding the right balance and rhythm. Why did I start my review this way? Tacos. These were some of the best tacos I’ve had in town! I live around the corner. A gift like this is like manna from heaven. If you philistines ruin this for me by giving this place poor reviews because you’re impatient bratty toddlers I’ll pray plagues and pestilence upon you, your children and seven generations to follow.

Met up with two friends here yesterday and I will not be returning. I’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food and I was disappointed. We walked in and there was no greeter we just walked around the huge restaurant, looking at all the decorations. Finally, when I went to use the bathroom, a nice woman came out who also was our waitress. The chips on the table were average. I ate two or three, which is not the normal. I ordered my meal And I also ordered a to go meal for my boyfriend and even before I finished my meal, I canceled my boyfriend’s meal. The first thing was I just wanted water with lime and they didn’t have limes. A Mexican restaurant with no limes it’s a red flag. Skip to the table guacamole that tasted like smashed avocado and that’s it. No jalapeño no onion no cilantro no lime. Bland. Half of it stayed untouched which is unheard of. My tortilla soup was just OK. The broth just tasted like chicken, I ordered steak with the regular sides and the steak was OK. The rice and beans came out cold and I told the waitress and she brought out a second batch that was just warm. She said she didn’t understand why it’s coming out like that since it was freshly cooked and I have to agree. I don’t understand either. my girlfriends chicken was very tough to cut and her rice and beans were cold also. It took about 40 minutes to get our meal even though there were only two other people in the restaurant. The place itself is gorgeous. I am a Latin descent and there was just no seasoning not to mention the fact that the restaurant had just opened for the day and the food is already cold. I paid $50 to...

Been here about 4 times. I would have gave it 5 stars the first time. Food was amazing and drinks were great the vibe was good. (The first time). The last 3 times me and my gf went we would take a bite or 2 then throw it out. Taco Bell would have been better. After today we won’t be back. Went in to have dinner and drink and ended up changing the order for Togo instead because the music was so ear piercingly loud for the party of maybe 5 people. So loud that the bartender heard us wrong and gave us a strawberry marg instead of a pineapple marg. So I returned it and canceled the drink orders because we wanted to leave the second our food got out. Another couple walked in as we were waiting for our food and started looking at the menu and then the music got even louder. Obviously concerned for their eardrums they just did a shot and left instead of staying and ordering like I’m sure they intended to. Idk how the owner missed the clear indication to turn the volume down. Everyone was miserable because of it. Staff and customers. People moved seats further from the dj, Covered their ears, Or left entirely. Yet he pulls his phone out and walked around the place filming the worst Saturday night atmosphere I’ve ever seen in a bar… the guy needs a manager but I’m sure the massive ego in that 5ft’6 dude doesn’t allow anyone to really manage...
