Just like every Chick-fil-A, great food! However, catering experience was less than stellar. All other Chick-fil-As that I have ordered from have called to confirm my order. This one did not, and when I called just to make sure my order was received, they were fairly rude, though did confirm my order. I then showed up and they were much more disorganized than I expected. Nevertheless, they provided all of the food and drinks. I may have forgotten to click that utensils were necessary. However, people make mistakes and I didn't appreciate the employee going out of her way to blame me. I take ownership for my mistakes and was very polite the entire time, just asking if I could possibly request utensils, regardless of why they were not already packaged up for us. There were also no sauces provided for my sandwiches. I have never had to request that before when ordering catering from other locations, but again, this restaurant informed me that they are not typically included. I even volunteered to pay extra for some sauces. With so many things that are not "typically" done at this Chick-Fil-A but are flawlessly executed at others, I'm starting to think this location is just not up to typical standard. I wasn't expecting them to provide me with a drink as I waited, help me carry bags to the car, or any of the excessively kind and pleasant things I've experienced when ordering catering from other locations. Read moreJust needed a hot coffee from my (former) favorite fast food chain, but this location says they don’t serve coffee after 10:30 am even though my order was placed without a problem via their website. Every other store I’ve visited in the past would brew more if needed or not offer/charge for it online if not available. Grateful that they refunded me after traveling there, but now I’ve wasted my entire break and no coffee! And I had to wait another several minutes to get a receipt for the refund. Left a super bad taste in my mouth. Was planning on Chic-fil-a for dinner tonight, but not after all this! The clerk says the GMs name is Noah.
Update: called corporate CS line. Per the rep; most stores will serve coffee all day, but ultimately up to the owner/management. This owner lost a customer, and until the website menu is updated to be specific to the store, I will not order online. Which means I can’t get chic-fil-a during my breaks at work - just not enough time to wait in line.
If you’re like me - operate on a tight schedule, and need all the coffee you can get; don’t go to this location! Don’t make the mistake of assuming you’ll be accommodated because your order was available to purchase online for pickup.

There was a Burger King in MD that didn’t serve coffee after 11 am. I showed up at around three p.m. The Mgr brewed me some coffee that one time and reminded me that coffee isn’t served after 11 am. Read moreIt pains me to have to give a bad review however just yesterday I experienced service that could have caused significant harm to my family and potentially others. After purchasing a large order for a family of 6 we went home to eat to find that our order was inaccurate. The most concerning was the diet lemonade that taste of BLEACH!! My husband, shocked and surprised took a taste of the drink and also could not believe that it was cleaning supplies/BLEACH!! I immediately checked my 4 four young children to make sure they did not get the same drink.
My husband drove 10 minutes back to chick fil a in the thunder storm and communicated with the staff there. The lady at the counter confirmed the smell while pouring out the drink and stated “Oh I can smell it from here”. I am shocked and disturbed that families can be exposed to ingesting bleach products and there not be any real accountability by the company. This situation could have really been bad causing significant health issues. I plan to communicate this ongoing until there is true accountability rather than offering a refill of the same drink (which he did not take) and 4 chicken tenders.
