Angela's II Pizzeria — Restaurant in Lower Southampton Township

What happened to this well known pizzeria?? Sorry Trevose but it looks like this business has been sold and moved on. Now we're left with a shell of the original. Ordered Buffalo shrimp and was given cold chicken fingers instead. Called and explained was told a new order would be dropped off free of charge. Glad to see someone tried to make the order right and fix the problem thank you sir i appreciate that. Then when I moved to the next item I ordered which was a steak quesdilla. The moment I opened it a mini shower of water fell down upon my hand and arm. The container It was in must of sat for a long time because the food was cold to the touch and the take out container was soaking wet. Then I noticed that they made a quesdilla with nothing in it except chopped up beef. I never seen someone make a quesdilla with nothing in it. It's suppose to have you know like peppers and onions sometimes maybe even corn or cilantro... you know anything other than nothing at all?? I mean This thing was cold to the touch and wet... filled with nothing but some chopped up beef. I mean isn't this item suppose to atleast have sour cream and salsa on the side for dipping??? ...that's the least you can do if you don't want to make anything but a tortilla and some beef. And they didn't even atleast have that.... Called back to tell them the entire order is just no good. Now awaiting to see what happens. We'll my new order arrived. As I opened the stapled shut bag the delivery driver handed me. I immediately noticed they gave me 30 baby salad shrimps instead of the six jumbo shrimp that they always serve with every Buffulo shrimp appetizer order. Why anyone would want shrimp half the size of a dime is strange to me. Yet they managed to give it to me anyway. Then the quesdilla I handed back to the driver and had replaced with a cheeseburger hoagie with lettece tomato onion pickles and mayo turned out to be a well done plain hamburger instead with nothing on it. I decided I'm not going to give them a 3rd chance to get an order right. They clearly don't care and at this point I might as well give up on it and just eat somewhere else. It's ahsame because it's alot of wasted food. Enough to feed 4 or 5 people is no good and 2 lost customers.....all over...

Food was fine the first few orders I received however they were placed online. When I called in to place a quick pick up order I received terrible customer service. I was greeted with a young female yelling "PICK UP OR DELIVERY". I tried to give her my order but she kept cutting me off to say "ANYTHING ELSE" until she actually hung up on me while I was trying to ask for mild sauce on our wings. I called back and said I was just trying to order I think we were disconnected which she replied "WHATS THE NAME" to. I said you didn't take my name? She replied with "OK WELL WHAT IS IT" and then proceeded to ask for the order as if she hadn't actually taken down any information when we had spoken seconds beforehand. When she finally gave me the price I asked why it was different than their special deal and she said a single extra topping on a large pizza (extra cheese) would add $2.35. I asked why it was so much considering I can go buy a whole bag of cheese at retail for less than that. She replied with "WELL GO AHEAD IF THATS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO" at which point I asked for her manager and was hung up on a second time! I called back and immediately asked for the manager on duty, who's only response was to take the extra charge off but couldn't have cared less about the poor customer service. I never asked to have the charge taken off I don't care about $2 all I wanted was to be treated like a valued customer they wanted to sell their...

I have never written a review for something I have ordered... ever. I had ordered a medium Meat lovers pizza off of GrubHub. The pizza in total costed me about $25, not including the tip. The man who delivered it did not use a heat bag. I received my pizza at a warm temperature. I opened the box, and picked up a slice, the first thing that I noticed was nothing but the grease bleed out from this pizza. I think using the term bleed is appropriate because the sausage was not even cooked thoroughly. The dough was also incredibly gooey (raw). I grew up with the mindset to never put anything down without giving it a decent try, I had one slice. I do not ever recall eating a slice of pizza so cautiously as if I was trying to make sure I would not be biting on a razor blade, doused with poison. I am never eating here again. Actually I think it's time I go back on my diet, and never allow my body to endure this type of garbage again. If anyone is curious about trying their food... I sincerely advise you to bite into a cactus, because that would be a more memorable, and enjoyable experience, than this horrid place.
