First time going, drive past all time for work.order the two American hoagies special and grab a drink when I pull my debit card out of my wallet the talent behind the register says"we have a $10 minimum you are gonna have to buy another soda or something" meanwhile I noticed that the star player of the team had yet to start making the sandwich so I with no scene no argument declined the order,placed the soda back where I got it from,and headed on my way only to be shouted at and taunted as I left. The Quality of their products is still exceptionally great. It is the service which went down so much, that I want to give them 1-star for my pick up visit during small snowfall on Sunday evening. Young man behind the counter was rude. I was given one price over a phone , but was charged differently. Young man on a phone was upset with me not leaving more then $1 tip for his driver for driving less then 1 mile from Pizzaria to my home. I ordered a lot of food 111.00 worth. I normally do not complain. But I have to this time. Hubby got cheesesteak fried onions they charged 4 50 for onions in a 1 Oz souffle cup, and he said was nasty and he didn't even eat it all. I got Buffalo chicken cheese steak and it was so dry and I asked him to try it cause it tasted funny. Fries well they just needed seasons.
