Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lubbock

Good afternoon,

I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience due to the consistently poor customer service I’ve received from your team member, Shelia. Unfortunately, she often appears to have a negative attitude, regardless of the day, and her behavior does not reflect the high standards of service and I associate with Chick-fil-A.

It’s disheartening to encounter unfriendly glances and a lack of warmth every time I enter the store . Because of this ongoing issue, I’ve decided not to return to this restaurant.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the customer experience...

Don’t know what it is this year but it takes them so long to take orders. Some of the cashiers are doing 1 order while the person next to them has done 3. I also came in one day while it was extremely busy and no one was there bagging the orders, then all of a sudden one of the managers comes back from a break I assume and realizes this and tried to catch up.
