I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience due to the consistently poor customer service I’ve received from your team member, Shelia. Unfortunately, she often appears to have a negative attitude, regardless of the day, and her behavior does not reflect the high standards of service and I associate with Chick-fil-A.
It’s disheartening to encounter unfriendly glances and a lack of warmth every time I enter the store . Because of this ongoing issue, I’ve decided not to return to this restaurant.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the customer experience...
