Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lubbock

Today I placed an order for pickup, co-workers and I usually pick up from here, we work @ the hospital. Today I placed an order for myself only. I went in to pick up my order today the guy wearing a purple colored designed shirt which I am assuming is the manager, was so rude and unprofessional. As soon as I told him my name he was like " MUST BE UNDER ANOTHER NAME" loud and rude, then I pull up the email and show him, he proceeds to put his fingers on my screen and says very rudely " WRONG LOCATION" I said " oh my bad I always order here it normally saves the information" I asked how can I cancel the order and get my money back he then yells " DO IT ON THE APP" I have never been so embarrassed in front of people in my life, he then must have seen the look on my face because then offered to make the sandwich in store for me, I declined I was so embarrassed I just wanted to get out of the place. I will be letting my co-workers know about this, as for me I will never return to this place again. He seems like he is frustrated or mad that he is working, from the looks at other reviews the manager is just a crappy person in general. I guess the honeymoon period is over at this location. We’ve spent over $130 on two visits this past weekend alone. On Sat. I placed an online order for pick up 3.5 hours later. When we arrived, not only was the order not ready, but they hadn’t even started on it, and they weren’t busy. When we arrived home, one of the sandwiches, a giant Club Sub, had very little meat on it, and the preparer hadn’t put any bacon or tomato on the sub at all. It was also soggy from being drenched with too much juice. Very disappointed in this experience, especially at the price point. I stopped going to the JM on Milwaukee because of similar issues with orders being incorrect. I have never had any issues with a Jersey Mike's until I came to this location. The people who work there either need to get their stuff together or go find other work. They always have this attitude like they don't want to be there. This one person made it the last straw for me. They were incoherent like they were high on something. I had to repeat myself several times to get them to understand me. Not to mention they almost cross contaminated the spreading knife for the condiments. Yeah, I rather waste fuel going to the other...
