Raider Red Meats — Local services in Lubbock

My Father is an experienced griller who is selective about the meat he purchases. When I suggested trying Raider Red Meats, he was really enthusiastic so he purchased cutlets, a roast and fillets. The meat was packaged professionally and looked great. First, he fried several of the cutlets but was really disappointed when he found them to be tough. Next, he grilled the fillets on his Kamado Jo which has always provided excellent results. He was shocked that the fillets were also tough. Fortunately, he had also grilled a fillet from Costco which was delicious. In his many years of grilling, the Raider Red fillets were the first fillets he had found to be tough. I offered to call and relay this information to Raider Red Meats, but the woman who answered was dismissive and kept insinuating it was my Father’s cooking. We’re extremely disappointed in Raider Red Meats, especially in their customer service, and will not be ordering...

Made an online order for two beef coulotte's, charged $48. Pick up the order and it's smaller packages so I ended up losing $5 basically. They would not refund the difference either.

Raider Red Meats is an awesome company. They offer almost any beef, pork, lamb or goat product you can think of. If you can think of it and they don't have it, they have a wonderful staff in the back that will get it done for you. Did I mention a portion of their proceeds are used to fund scholarships?
