Had a five-star review not even 2 months ago but man the quality, the service, and everything else has went so downhill I will not spend another dime at this place. not only were the employees completely rude, for absolutely no reason,-didn't even speak to them before getting rude disgusting comments. I was pulled forward waiting for fries and 30 minutes later still nothing was brought out. I should have known when there were several angry customers all around even somebody in front of me who had to pull around and go inside and get their food themselves. when asked for a refund because it had been 45 minutes since ordering I was told that they're not allowed to give refunds. Reluctantly I allow him to make it, with not only my driver side window open but the drive-thru window open I was able to hear everything he said in the kitchen. . I'll save you the grotesque details but I'll tell you if there's a camera in that store somebody needs to be watching what's going on... Never did receive what I ordered. I have never been spoken to or about in such a nasty, pond scum, way. There's no way this guy should be the manager. No decorum. When trying to report this incident even the corporate number hung up on me. This is not how business is done and with KFC already grasping at strings I would not be surprised if they were a thing of the past within the next couple years. Get it together people.
The lady at the window was great and friendly. She's the main reason I keep going back... Even with being out of items or a line around the store, I'll wait.. she really makes your day that much better.

Read moreWe were not greet or even acknowledged when we came in, the guy in front of us had been there near 15 minutes standing right in front of the cashier counter to order and also had not been greeted nor told someone would be with him shortly to take his order. A Lady was waiting for her food and the drive thru was slammed. They were short staffed apparently, but this does not excuse the lack of friendliness or customer service. While we continued to wait a person who was in the drive through for 40 minutes came in upset to get her food which the manager was on his way to deliver. He handed it to her with no apology and a short "thanks". She looked in her bag and there appeared to be a mistake that the manager made an excuse handed her what was missing and again didn't apologize or offer any compensation or refund of any kind. We walked out, and still were never acknowledged. We went across the street to Churches where we were greeted told by the lady she would be right with us as she washed her hands. Read moreI want to express my appreciation to the manager and staff of this location. This has everything to do with quality of service and support I received. Yesterday my vehicle stalled in the drive through line resulting in me not being able to move my vehicle out of the way of other customers. I panicked and the manager came out to where I was and with a calming and reassuring voice told me not to panic that everything would be ok and they would help me resolve the problem somehow. The manager and his staff tried to even push my vehicle to a parking lot, but my vehicle wouldn’t budge. The manager offered to even call a tow for me. He calmly guided the other customers behind me out of the line and created a last minute plan to ensure all customers were still served in a timely manner. The manager constantly checked in on me to ensure I was ok while I was getting a tow truck to arrive. I’m so grateful for the manager’s patience, kindness, and compassion he showed me in a very stressful situation. We need more people like this in the world especially in the day and time we live in.
