I would give them zero stars if I could. I am so upset about them just wasting 30 minutes of my time. I ordered a a cookie dough blast and they literally just gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream. I didn't notice until I got home and then had to come all the way back to return it. How many other peoples time have they wasted just today? It is absolutely unacceptable that management just allows this. Taylor Gonzalez and Erica Ruggles are wasting their customers times and stealing their money.
I am adding to my review because they have just continued to do the same thing . I had to go all the way back in a storm because I ordered a master peanut butter oreo shake. I paid the extra for the master shake and of course I got home and didn't didn't have oreos. I went to return it, and the car hop told me, "So you didn't check if before you left." Like I am unreasonable for expected them to provide what I ordered and paid for. Then when she came back she told me my manager said she made that shake herself and she said she did put oreos in it. I had already given her back the shake the first time she came out, so I told her to dump it out and check. There was no oreos. She just responded that her manager Andrea said she put oreos. She most definitely did not. Don't waste your money here, they have no problem wasting their customers time. How many people get home and find out they didn't get what they ordered and it's to late or far or inconvenient to return it...

He seemed to be rushing me I knew exactly what I wanted but he would not listen to me as I was ordering. I got half way through and he gave me a balance before I could even finish ordering. The car hop was great. But my order was wrong I had ordered a burger no cheese, pickles,onions or lettuce. Was served with cheese, onions and pickles. I have had issues with the orders before but figured it is a bunch of kids learning and I understand a mistake here and there but there is no excuse for being pushy (rude) with a customer. Now 9×out of 10 the car hops are great but when the order is wrong not car hops fault it is frustrating. Read moreI ordered two drinks for my best friend and I. When we got home, we both started picking what looked to be eggshells out of our mouths (but they were not eggshells). Upon trying to figure out what this was we discovered it was in the ice. I took a picture and called this location to let them know. I thought it was scaling... maybe the machine hasn't been cleaned in awhile. I spoke to Michele to let her know. She offered to give us new drinks, but if it's in the ice then it wouldn't help. I told her I just wanted to let her know. Her response was, "well, you're the only one complaining." I didn't ask for anything. I was just trying to help them. Be careful when you order here.
