Subway — Restaurant in Lubbock

We arrived at the store to pick up our online order and we're told that they were out of jalapenos and did not have lemonade. They did not explain to us that the jalapeno meant jalapeno chips we assumed it was the jalapenos on our sandwich and that they don't carry a fountain lemonade. We were not offered the option of a different flavored chip we were just handed an empty cup. After contacting the location on 19th Street in Lubbock to get a refund on the combo upgrade,The person who answered the phone was immediately combated and told us that we were not correct and that she told the so-called employee who by the way was not in a uniform of any kind to tell us that they we're out of chips and that she heard her tell us that we could choose another bag of chips when in fact we were never told that. She continue to argue with us and got hostile with us without offering any sort of resolution which is what any good customer service employee or manager should do immediately. When I asked to speak to their manager she stated that she was the manager and continue to argue with us. There were also two young children running around in the kitchen area and behind the counter while we were in there which I am pretty sure is against...

12/29/19 I will pry never have the white girl that was working tonight make my sub ever again. She was rude sighing alot extremely unhappy the entire time she made my sandwich. However the the women of color(since there is no name tags on these people) was a pleasant breathe of fresh air that and a different employee from a previous visit and freshness are the only reason I will be coming back. Later the whiter employee complained loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear about prior experiences with customers and she was negative from 6:00pm until 6:45pm No manager available for comment about her behavior yet but I intend to call tomorrow. I haven't been treated like this in a while from a Subway restaurant.

12/1/19 I was super impressed with this location. It was very clean. The person #768845 was amazing with her job character and demeanor exactly the customer professional I expect behind the counter. My guest and myself were very impressed with this location. Veggies looked great and had kids as it should be. I will drive out of my way to come to this location again. We walk in the was only one girl there. She told us it would be 15 minutes before she waited on us.She said the other worker was out. So we waited while she was filling a order and then a second one. Then a employee of yours can in on the phone and got some cookies and left. The after the girl got through with the second order . She waited on us . Told her what bread I wanted for my sandwich and it was not out. There was some in another oven that we liked . She was told she had to use it later on. I was pissed and my husband too. So we told her nicely we were living. I work in the restaurant business to. U Don't do people like that. Y'all will loose business like that . People don't want to work at all.it pisses me off. People need to go to work. This is is no dam reason for that at all. Y'all need to get your bosses on this We probably won't go back.
