Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Lubbock

I'm beyond pissed. I feel like I've been robbed!! This food was absolutely disgusting, cold, hard, and it's very obvious the fries were microwaved! I came in and placed a to go order! Mind you I have a fussy baby in the car.... I ordered two order of mild Buffalo wings and two small fries with everything on them. I get my order go home trusting the employees wouldn't send me away with bad food, I get home and I'm missing one of my fries which I didn't mind. Until I tried to serve my baby who was starving his loaded fries and I couldn't even take them out the dam box because they were SO HARD!!! The fries were literally burnt into the box!! Why do we as customers have to pay so much for microwaveable food!!!! It's very obvious the fries are microwaved when they go from being hot one minute, to being stuck together and stuck to the box where you can't even take it apart!!! So i pack my baby back in the car. my fiance who's been at work since 3am comes with me (I worked all day didn't get off until 8 , I thought I could stop and get some good fresh food for us because im beyond tired)...and go all the way back to the restaurant. I show the lady how hard the fries were she went back to put another order in for me and made sure I got both my orders this time... while I was there another lady was waiting for the same reason (she was there when I left the first time) . So I get my order, checked it in the car to make sure the fries were fresh which they were.. come home serve our food and to my surprise!!!!!!!!!!!! Fries are already sticking to the dam box again and their already hard, the wings barely had any sauce on them, and the wings were very hard as well , dry, and I literally had to pick off half the chicken on the bone because it was so hard!!!!!! I threw EVERYTHING IN THE TRASH!!! HAD TO TAKE OUT SOMETHINGI COULD MAKE IN 15 MINUTES BECAUSE AT THIS POINT MY BABY WAS SCREAMING!!!! Fiancé was to tired to wait for the food hes asleep now! I WORK VERY HARD FOR MY MONEY!! AND ME AND MY FIANCE WORK LONG HOURS!!!WHEN I COME TO A RESTRAUNT I EXPECT GOOD FOOD, AT LEAST FOOD WE CAN GET DOWN! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS FOOD TO BE SERVED THIS WAS ESPICALLY WITH THE PRICES WE ARE PAYING FOR THIS FOOD!!!! AND AFTER ALL THE REVIEWS I SEE SOMETHING SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE!! I made an online order 15 till 12am and the online submission said said my order would be ready by 12am. So, I get there and a girl leaning on the counter and on her cell phone didnt acknowledge me at first until I started speaking. I asked I my call in order was ready and she went to check and came back and said that my order just just about done. That girl then disappears and I never see her again. Several other employees went passed me, never asked If i had been helped; In the meanwhile my pregnant wife is waiting for me in the car. It was then 12:20 and I stopped and employee and asked how much longer my order was going to take. She said let me go check sir, comes back and says they are finishing up on my order, same thing that the first girl told me 20 mins ago? So I told her that's what the last girl said, then she snaps at me and says the when they drop wings to cook it takes 15 mins to cook. So I start thinking, I made an online order 15 mins till 12am and it is now pushing 12:30 and it only takes 15 mins to cook wings freshly dropped? I then get offered a free drink for me having to wait, then finally I get my order at 12:32, they forgot ranch that I paid for. I finally get to leave at 12:35am, my pregnant wife angry and hungry as well. Keep in mind I made my online order 11:45pm; lets just say I will probably never go to that...

There were 3 of us the tables were dirty and to get your food after I order takes for ever ordered chips and salsa and he brought extra chips but if we wanted salsa we had to pay for it and I ordered traditional wings with light lemon pepper and salt and the wings I got were plain no seasoning what so ever and a cheeseburger with onions and I picked up my burger to bite and pieces of tomatoes and juice were dripping from the burger I told the waiter about it and he just said he didn't know why they were like that and said sorry and walked off the other wings and burger we ok but when you have to pay $90 on a meal all the food should be good to eat not pay for something that went in the trash so when I was going to pay I asked to speak to manager and let her know the problem she said I'm sorry I had to close last night and had to come back to open and I just had a chance to go into the kitchen and saw the tomatoes and they are getting changed know and she said I'm sorry and took $5 off the bill and didn't say anything about the wings on why they weren't what I ordered and the waiter turned around after she left and said if I would've know about the food I would have sent it back I was...
